From the first phone call I made to the shop, Christian was super helpful and friendly. He handled all the process with my extended warranty insurance. There was an issue with the first transmission so the repair was delayed (faulty part from manufacturer, not their fault) so they accommodated me with a loaner car so I didn't have to pay for a rental. They made sure the repair was done right and got a great warranty. My vehicle is running better than ever.

Introduced to EM probably 5 years ago when they were in Lewisville TX for AC repair. These guys specialize in Mercedes, Audi and other brands, but they took time to repair my AC and did not tell me it was a AC compressor right off the top for my 15 year old vehicle. I know three other people with these types of vehicles and they love these guys. Thanks E and C. I also forgot to mention my wife’s car, a 5 year old Nissan Rogue Sport that I have taken in for servicing. They pulled the manufacturers maintenance schedule, advise and recommend accordingly.

Absolutely top-tier service here. Prices are very reasonable compared to other shops I have been to. Christian is a good guy, and other customers that were there when I went in also noted that they do incredible work. Even got me in next day to do a DSG service when they were already slammed. Even stayed later after hours to make sure our vehicle was good. Look no further for your car needs than this place here. The techs are good, their advice, fixes and prices are of the best I have seen. Our S4 has found its new doctor's office.

I had a great experience getting the suspension on my 2012 Audi A4 repaired here. The team did an excellent job — my car drives so much smoother now and everything was explained clearly. Chris was especially helpful and patient. I had my 3-year-old with me, and he was so kind and understanding the entire time. Since I live about an hour away from Aubrey, they even let me use a rental car, which made the whole process way less stressful. Overall, honest people, great work, and truly caring customer service. Highly recommend I will be back!!
