Was referred to this mechanic shop after purchasing a vehicle from Auto Capital used car dealership in Fort Worth for a brake light fault. After shop repairs by Robert things went down hill with various other computer module issues, over heating, speed reduction, etc. Robert took absolutely zero percent responsibility for the work he did and the vehicles poor condition after he's repairs and diagnosis. After speaking with him in person I learned that a used computer module was used and could have been the causes of the numerous issues. Still no responsibility was take on the part of Robert. He's apparent motivation was to bill and make money from a issue he created. Honesty, integrity and professionalism was not my experience with the shop or Robert personally.

We were told by Toyota of Denton that the brake pad on our Camry were critical and needed to be replaced. I called Robert's for a second opinion and estimate. Robert's told us that our pads did not need to be replaced yet and could possibly go another 20k miles. No charge. This is the kind of company I want to give my business to. They are also much more affordable than a dealer. Thank you Robert's Automotive Repairs. You will get all of our business from now on!

If I could give 100 stars I would. Robert is the most incredible mechanic I have ever known and he will do whatever is necessary to make sure things are done right. I have used him for our families vehicles for the past few years and will not use anyone else. We live in Flower Mound but would always drive to Hurst to take my vehicles to him. Robert’s knowledge base and understanding of vehicles and how to correct them is superb. You will not be disappointed and I would encourage anyone I know to trust what Robert says about their vehicles.

I had a problem with my car not starting or starting and dying. I was quoted hundreds of dollars to fix the problem but they couldn't guarantee that would fix it. It was their best guess. Thank goodness I found Robert for a second opinion. He not only fixed it that day but it cost me about 85.00. I will take all of my cars to Robert's from now on. He's honest and thorough. Exactly what you hope your mechanic will be.

Had a hiccup with my car just shutting off on me and the guy I took it to didn't really do electrical work, so he referred me to Robert and he is excellent. Very professional and the most honest mechanic I've even had the pleasure of doing business with, when something wasn't right he made it right and I will definitely be bringing my car back and telling all my friends where to go. I already blasted how great they are all over Facebook, definitely recommend them wish I could give more than 5 stars 🌟

Let me start by saying that they will go above and beyond for you and your family. I had just purchased a car from a dealership and in less then 2 months had issues with it.. The dealership said it would cost around 1 grand just 2 months after putting 3 grand down on it. I told them don't touch my car and I then proceeded to take my business to Robert's Automotive Repairs and boy did they take care of me! They looked into my warranty on said car that was under 29010 miles and boy was the company that sold me the car trying to mess with me. They legit are some of the best people!

Another GREAT experience with Robert. And again I can't express enough how he is a God send for women. Most mechanics see a woman (especially my age) and they see dollar signs. Robert sees his mother, daughter,sister, or grandmother and treats them as such. I won't take any of my cars to anyone else. Fast, friendly, and fair. Gotta love that. THANK YOU ROBERT! I was amazed at how quickly they fixed my car. I was originally told when I dropped my car off on Wednesday it would be prob atleast Monday before they could look at it. Friday I got a call saying it was done. I was shocked. Marti, in the office, was GREAT. She was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the services they were providing. I would definitely take my car back and recommend to anyone needing a good mechanic

I bought a used 2005 Subaru that hadn't been on the road in 3 years. I bought new tires for it before I got to Robert, but to be safe for a 1500 mile move, It needed to be checked. I had to spend a little money due to the condition of the vehicle so I was prepared. What I wasn't prepared for was the videos, and pictures proving the things that I should take care of. His professionalism is of the utmost respect as well as his attention to detail. He took me in on short notice and got my car back in no time. I'm telling you this once neglected 2005 suburu drove out of his repair shop riding like brand new. I am over the top impressed of his work. Kudos Robert! I wish I had known about you when I came to Texas in 2009. Unfortunately, N.Y. is calling me home. You deserve a zillion stars but this app. Will only allow me to give 5 stars. MANY, MANY THANKS! I had a terrible experience with Roberts Automotive. I paid over $4,000 for an engine replacement that was never completed. After picking up the car, the same problems persisted — and now the transmission is out as well. I brought the vehicle back multiple times trying to get them to make it right. On the third visit, when I calmly asked for the repair to be done properly, they threatened to call the police on me — as if I was in the wrong for asking for what I paid for. Completely unprofessional, dishonest, and disrespectful. I feel scammed, and now I’m left with a car in worse condition and thousands of dollars gone. Do not trust this shop with your vehicle or your money.
