Stay away from this place. I have a much much longer review which maxes out the character limit allowed so this is just the basics. Posting this to multiple business pages too since dfw dent repair and metro dent combined to form dfw metro dent which doesn’t really have any pages. Also hailfreecar seems to be associated with them as well. Either way Justin is the owner just so you know this is the right place. Dropped my truck off June 9th for hail damage didn’t pick up until July 31st. Was told it would take 2 weeks for the work to be completed. The work would start after insurance gave the go ahead which was June 21st. They don’t communicate with you and blame insurance for their extremely slow times. Once I got my truck back it looked horrible. I had to get a completely new hood due to the hail damage so it of course it had to be painted. Paint job had swirls, blemishes and bumps. Anywhere they painted had some form of the above issues. Paint overspray on the weather striping between my front doors and the front end of the truck. Hood looked like it was dropped or bumped on the edge which could been seen easily from several yards away. This could have just been a sloppy clear coat job but it looked bad. Roof molding strips and window weather strip molding not replaced and still damaged to this day. Compound mixture left all over the vehicle including black plastic inserts in the hood which stuck out like a sore thumb and along fender flares. Plastic attachment points to bed rail cap were torn off when they removed it making the rail cap barely secure when it was put back on. Had to take it back up for them to fix the issues and told 3-4 days for them to clean it up. It took 2 weeks so double the time. Was told a bold face lie when talking to one of the staff members at one point. Told multiple times they would give me a call back and never received those calls. I had to go up to the place to get any answers. Just all around nightmare of a place to deal with. Still have damage to my vehicle after being promised it would look better than it did before the hail damage.

Hands down the best experience I have had with any company. From start to finish the staff was extremely professional. It is difficult to find companies that truly have the customers best interest at heart, but DFW dent repair has it down to a T. The communication is incredible and hard to find these days. I was constantly in the loop with the status of my vehicle and they went above and beyond to make my experience, top notch. I was sitting in the lobby waiting on my keys and witnessed a conversation between another customer and the staff. The customer couldn’t stop thanking the staff for the service and communication he received. I live over an hour away and will happily drive to this business, if I need anything in the future. I know leaving my vehicle with DFW Dent repair, Sean Preston and any of the other staff, that I will be in good hands. Thank you DFW Dent repair taking care of us the way you did.
