Hi Robert Sissac, I brought my vehicle to your shop on February 16 for brake repair and paid $1500. The next day I experienced noise and difficulty reversing. I returned, and your staff said everything was fine. Within one day the issue returned and the vehicle became undrivable. Another technician inspected the vehicle and found a missing screw from the brake work performed at your shop. This is a serious safety concern. I am requesting reimbursement and a full explanation. I am very disappointed with the service and handling of this issue.

James was well educated on my file and ensured to double check the repairs were still needed. Robert S. was tremendously helpful! Informed me of how some parts after sometime can go after a certain mileage and what signs to look for when they do. Also, helped me with my pocket book which is a big deal for me right now. I recommend this Brakes Plus. I've also been serviced by this company for years. I've always been satisfied w/ the service too. ***UPDATE: Got my struts and suspension looked at finally. Rosalino informed me that they are in good condition and no maintenance was needed (for now). However, noticed that I was looking at a repair on the drivers side that is not as costly and could get me a discount too. Rosalino was also very helpful by reaching out to Endurance for me. As always, great service and transparency. :)

Big thanks to Bobby and Lexi for their expertise and superb customer service. They completed a pretty big job on an old truck including ball joints control arms, axel pivot bushing. Looked great after work was finished and drove even better. Their prices were reasonable and work was done timely. They kept me informed throughout the process. I bought a new car recently, and brought it in to do an oil change and inspection in the current integrity of my car. Got recommended a few repairs, adding an oil change cuz why go somewhere else. Your one-stop shop. My preferred mechanic Bobby loves what he does and it shows, and Alexis works the front (like a boss). As I waited patiently in the waiting room, she handled each customer uniquely and catered to them with expertise (overheard she's been there for over 4years!). Definitely one reliable shop for your car repair.

James was my service advisor and I appreciate that he walked me to the repair area to walk me through exactly what the problem was and how they were going to remedy it. Now, I am not a car gal. My husband normally comes to Brakes Plus so I didn't get the explanation immediately. James was patient and I believe he repeated what was wrong several times with no indication that he was in a hurry or impatient with me. He was respectful and professional. I understood what was going on and I was grateful for that. He even allowed me to take a video while he was explaining (I only focused on the car and not his face at all) so when I showed it to my husband, it was as if James was explaining it to him. When I came to pick up the car and pay, I also want to thank service advisor Rosalino for helping me apply a discount that I brought along and bring the overall price down. Thank you for helping with the payment! Overall, I had a great experience at this location and highly recommend.
