Would not recommend service department. Lied to me about what my car needed on an oil leak and car battery replacement for $2500. I had replaced my car battery myself 5 months ago, rep was sending me some fake picture saying my car battery level is low when I hardly use my car working from home. They also sent fake pictures about my air filters having replaced them last month myself too! Service rep lied about a rear seal oil leak. Even after mentioning I put my car in my garage and don’t have oil leaks. Monitored my car afterwards for oil leaks and nothing for a week. Took my car to another shop for second opinion and no oil leaks! The customer service reps are nothing but salespeople lying to make more sales for their commission. Stay away and you’re welcome for the warning.

Quoted $12K worth of work needed for my RAV4 with 57K miles after asking for a diagnostic on some noises I was hearing. Went to get 2 other second opinions and no one could find any critical issues with my car. Last place cleaned my brakes and car makes no further noises, runs like new. Cost me $150… while Toyota tried to scam me out of $12K. Egregious abuse of service, don’t come here.

While my son had his vehicle in for service, I asked if they would go ahead and remove the faded Lonestar Toyota badge from the rear of his car.
They said it would be “about $85”.
Are you kidding me? This place gets free advertising for over a year, and won’t even remove the faded badge from the car?
Ridiculous! These people just continue to disappoint every visit.
