Always taken care of right away and never had an issue. A little more in the expensive side but things are taken care of immediately. They even visited my apartment complex when I car couldn’t start. They are so kind. And Brock was super helpful with my inspection today. In and out within 10 minutes! Highly recommend.

These people are complete cheats. They tell me my bulbs were not amber color enough and they will not pass my inspection unless I pay them to change the bulbs on both sides. They have absolutely no manners to talk to you. No respect for customers. Got mad at me when I took the bulbs out and proved it to them they are amber. Refused to do my inspection. What a waste of time. BTW this is not a damaged truck. I disassembled the headlights right there (they won’t allow me to do it in their parking lot, I had to drive to the neighboring bowling alley parking lot) to show the mechanic the bulbs are still amber in color. Which they did not want to accept. As their ego and money grabbing tactics won’t allow them. Run from this place. Cheats did not give me option to change my own bulbs even though it is a 30 sec job. They wanted to do it themselves wonder why 🤣

went for an inspection, tech literally huff and rolled his eyes because I didn't have paper copy of my insurance. I didn't respond and he got over it but it shouldn't have happened to begin with. besides that good experience. could ha very been 5 stars but first impressions make or break it.

I was overdue for my state inspection, and some other shops have not had technicians available when I've gone by, or not answered the phone when I called. At this Kwik Kar, I had an actual person instead of a robotic service to talk to, and Brock was efficient and cheerful! This is a good location right off of Main Street; they're going to treat you right and get you back on the road.

I wasn’t provided an honest and straightforward service. I could’ve just been told that my vehicle wasn’t going to pass the inspection just by looking at the fact that my check engine light was on. Instead of it I was charged for it and kept waiting. A loss of time and money.

Unfortunately I will not be returning to your establishment. I stopped going to the Kwik Kar at Old Settlers because it was taking entirely too long to get my car serviced. 1.5 to 2 hrs to get an oil change is too long. I received an email with a discount coupon and a request for me to return. I decided to give it another shot. I was very disappointed this morning when it took over 1.5 hrs to get my oil changed….again!! I go to other Kwik Kar locations, and I’m in and out in under 30 minutes every time.

I went to the shop to diagnose my A/C problem $145 for the diagnose? I asked if that cost went towards the repair no. Ok. I was advised that I need a resistor and blower motor. I told the tech to go ahead with the repairs. The tech advised it would be 45 minutes to an hour. I went to lunch 35 minutes away and back to the shop. I asked if I needed to leave a card on file he said no, leave your name and contact number and they would get it done. I called on my way back after an hour lunch. The tech said I didn't know you wanted to me to do the repairs??????? Ok, then he said I wanted to check back with you before we started. I had to wait another 1.5 hours to get the repairs done. I drove back across town and waited. This was at 115pm, I waited and called after 4pm asking about my truck for the tech to say it been ready. No call or anything. Then I go to pay and you have a sign that starts"If you pay with a CC then you stop be charged 3.5% for using a CC. Then at the bottom of the sign it stays off you pay with Debit or cash you get 3.5% off" So I asked about it. The tech says just ignore that and he's never had anyone ask about it and that the sign came with the reader and there is no way for him to give that and the price is what it states. Wow Date Of Service was 9-22-25 Flower Mound store What kind of Service is that? I paid over 1k dollars for this? I just don't get it at all.

Brock is the best!!!!!!!! As woman when we go to mechanic shops we various experiences some speak as if we just dumb (Auto Science) or we are not sure if the mechanic is being honest (Auto Science) or adding to the price (Auto Science). Felipe did our oil change. He was great. He was very thorough and discussed other issues on my 2014 Kia Rio, but yet he didn't pressure us with other costs. He was just very informative and since my brakes are bad, I could tell he was genually concerned about our safety. He was wonderful and the entire oil change was about 20 minutes from start to finish. We'll definitely go back and recommend.
