Don't go here they just want to take your car and money. Rip off. My car messed up and i took to their repair shop. They lied and said they were waiting on owner. I never got a call about repair but they fixed and gave to dealer after buying back from the bank that i didn't finance with.

STAY AWAY They don’t try to work with you as far as payments my hours got cut stuff happens beyond our control sometimes and I gave them the exact day I would pay the full amount owed but they still threatened to take the car away but I got another car with Don carro and they work with you try them instead

Last time I was there they took my part I brought and never returned it me. Now the place doesn't let you bring in your own parts. The reason so they can triple charge you cost of part and make money off your parts. I always would see animosity when I came in knowing what was wrong with my car and had the part to fix. Well, I will not be coming back to get over charge.

One of my family’s vehicles was taken to get an inspection done, we were told the tint our SUV had on it was too dark for inspection but we tell them the car was bought that way from the dealership. We leave our vehicle with this shop to get it ready for inspection and when we pick it up we were surprised to see that they removed the tint it had without our permission. We’ve had the car for many years now, have never modified it but for some reason the tint was an issue now. We have been coming to this shop for even more years but this recent visit was really disappointing and our vehicle has yet to be inspected.

These guys are REAL mechanics, not just parts-pullers! If you need something repaired and others can't/ won't do it, or they're charging too much, head to Lake City immediately. They even fixed our OLD car for 20% less than the estimate! Who does that? Honest, hard-working, no BS... take your vehicles to Lake City. Don't hesitate!

This place is clearly a joke! Do not expect your vehicle to be done in time at all! They give you a run around...time and time again! They say it will be done by this day, but then keep prolonging it! My truck blew it's transmission, was sent off to be rebuilt, has been complete, and is now just sitting at their shop! Apparently they found another issue and gave a clear deadline on completion before returning the truck, however, they keep prolonging it day by day now! I am so sick and done with this place. Your business is being reported!

These reviews have to be Bogus?! These guys suck! Brought cat to them with 2 issues, one critical one was an expensive repair, one the expensive repair wasn't convered on my warranty, basically have me my vehicle back saying the critical issue was resolved and was not! They claimed I had no oil in my vehicle, (when recently had a synthetic oil change, a week prior and I'd checked it prior to dropping it off but claimed they'd put oil, that wasn't good for my vehicle, (their words) in and I should pay $100 to put the correct oil in or it could damage my engine! $700 in car rental (car was kept a week before getting to it) and $105 (non- diagnosted) diagnostic charge, my vehicle had the same exact issues, as when I turned it on for repair. Called back in to explain my critical issue was not corrected, like I was told and tried to suggest bringing the car back in for another $105 diagnostic! Please Don't Go To This Place For Repairs!
