After searching everywhere this morning for a body repair shop that was open on the weekend by absolute LUCK I found Justin at DFW Metro Dent! He was a lifesaver! He took the time to listen to my concerns about my vehicle and then said, no problem let me look at it! I had no appointment scheduled mind you! He immediately took my vehicle into the shop and repaired it. I will be bringing it back for any and all body damage issues in the future because he earned my business for life! I stopped by here to get my vehicle looked at for hail damage. I decided to use them and booked an appointment. I called, but couldn't get through to the facility by phone. I will post an update upon completion of my vehicle. I went to pick up my vehicle and inspected the entire vehicle and found that it was repaired to my visual satisfaction. My vehicle was washed and the interior was cleaned and vacuumed. The administrative staff also worked hard to get my insurance company to replace my tonneau cover that was also damaged by the storm. You know it's an interesting thing that I got a free loaner vehicle from the company with the coupon. It seems like everyday, I was being asked about the company and what I can do for their vehicle damages. I should be a company employee after this experience. After turning in my loaner car and deductible coupon, I am impressed with the staff and the completed work. I had to stop by this location today due to the front end of the grill attachment on the hood had come apart. I also noticed that the air flaps under the hood had not been reattached as they were when I originally brought the vehicle here. The front office staff was shown the items of concern and she took my vehicle into the bay for examination and adjustment without added questions. They also repaired the flaps that were damaged when removed by the technician. They have really earned five stars.

After a pretty stressful accident, I brought my car in with significant front-end damage, not knowing what to expect. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, friendly, and reassuring—they really made me feel like my car was in good hands. They walked me through every step of the repair process, kept me updated on progress, and even helped coordinate with my insurance company to make things as smooth as possible. The turnaround time was faster than I expected, and when I got my car back… WOW. It looked absolutely brand new. The paint matched perfectly, the bodywork was flawless, and they even detailed the interior, which was such a thoughtful touch. You’d never know the car had been in an accident. It drives perfectly, looks amazing, and I honestly feel like I got it back better than it was before the crash. These folks take pride in their work and it shows.

Not enough good things to say about the staff, service, and delivery of this place. Since 2016 this has been my shop for pretty much everything. It all started when my new Golf R covered in hail damage. They restored it to mint condition, I had a car to drive while they completed what ended up to be an impeccable job. From here I began having lots of work done here. From body work and paint, to restoration help on projects to high performance work. Have several projects in the works here still right now. They just finished a ceramic coating on one car....James is a master...hands down. Currently doing an S2000 restore and mod. Justin is a master with the body and the guts ; ) Zach and co is about to turn my daddy mobile into a fire breathing race care with a car seat! If you want a 1 stop shop with great prices and awesome staff...this would be the place. Thank you metro dent team and looking for to much more to come!

Edit: It has now been a month since the GM promised that the owner, Justin Dowling, would contact me about the damage that they caused to my car Took my car here to have the exterior worked on for hail damage and ended up with almost more $ in damage than what I brought it to the shop with. They put a big scratch on my touch screen that spans 3+ inches, which is about $5k to replace through Subaru, as well as caused damage to the upper console in my car. When I spoke with the general manager, Steve, in person he said he would be calling the owner to discuss a resolution “as soon as possible”. (This was on Tuesday 11/5) After two weeks of no response, I reached out to let them know the damage was still there and that I hadn’t heard anything and would be leaving a review detailing my experience. Steve then decided it was suddenly important to address the issue, two weeks after he promised to do so the first time. After some back and forth, and providing images and videos of the damage to the screen and upper console (which Steve admitted to causing the damage to and claimed he was ordering the parts for), I was not satisfied with his “effort” to make good on his promises of making me whole, as he claimed there was no way they could’ve damaged my screen despite admitting to causing damage to the part directly above it. They charged my insurance $6k for minor hail damage, kept my car for over a month, didn’t fix all of the damage caused by the hail, caused more damage to the interior, and then had the nerve to say he was “done responding” because I said he has no integrity. When you look a man in the eyes, make a commitment, and shake his hand then back out of all of those promises, that shows a lack of integrity and shady business practices, in my opinion. There were also pieces of trim laying in my backseat when I went to pick the car up, even though they had finished working on it a few days prior to me picking it up (I was out of town). Steve acted like it was no big deal and just snapped the trim back into place right in front of me, after claiming that it was “the old broken piece of trim” and that it wasn’t “something they forgot”. This was the first major red flag, and I noticed the rest of the damage AND reported it within an hour of picking up the car. If the owner of the body shop is reading this review, your general manager is trying to sweep this under the rug and is refusing to let me speak with you. Steve / DFW Metro Dent have brushed off my concerns and as soon as they got the check from my insurance, the promises went out the window, along with the sense of urgency and communication. Please reach out to me directly, as Steve is refusing to even discuss this further because “I insulted him” by pointing out a lack of quality control and integrity in the shop he manages and oversees. I have screenshots of all of our conversations, as well as him claiming he ordered the parts and then going back on that as well after I said I’d prefer to take it to Subaru and have it properly repaired. I will gladly provide them to the owner, and have already sent everything to my insurance to begin the process of recouping damages and diminished value for my vehicle. I believe in second chances, so I will update this review if any other good faith attempts are made to make me whole. What could’ve been a learning experience for the shop’s employees to not be so careless when touching a customer’s car, has now turned into this. They worked on the inside of my car without telling me or asking permission, left pieces of trim off, caused damage to the very expensive screen that I’ve never touched with anything but my fingers, and lied to me multiple times about the steps they were taking to reach a resolution. I can’t honestly recommend DFW Metro Dent to anyone after the horrible treatment I’ve received from them. I would make this a one star review, but they did a decent job on the hail damage that was repaired, and Google has a habit of unfairly removing honest 1 star reviews.

No response is a response when you pick up your vehicle with poor workmanship, different damage from the shop they try to pass on the blame to others or just ignore and the shop Manager "Steve" states "oh no your car already had that damage when you came in!" Emailed the owners let's see what they have to say. I'd stay clear if you care about how people treat your personal property. Car didn't even come back with the emblem on the hood. "but they didn't paint that part" overspray, body filler fisheyes and just sloppy work.

If you want to save time and money, DO NOT COME HERE FOR REPAIR. This was hands down the worst repair experience I’ve ever had. I dropped my car off on September 17 for collision repair and was told it would take 3–4 weeks. It took almost 16 weeks. From the day I dropped my car off, I kept getting told it would be ready “next Friday” or “in a couple weeks.” After going to the shop personally on 10/15(4 weeks after) and talking to Justin(owner) I found out they hadn’t even started working on it. Communication was terrible the entire time. I was constantly told that my vehicle would be ready for pick up, but I was left when laughter and another excuse when that date came. When I found out my car wasn't even taken apart to start repairs I was shocked because, Nicole had told me the car just needed to get painted a couple days prior. Justin(owner) then promised to cover my rental and be my direct contact, and that the car repair would be expedited and completed in 2 weeks. I never heard from him again. The rental car extension they said they would pay for? I was charged. They then gave me a loaner vehicle that had a broken headlight, bad battery, and worn tires. I had to take time out of my workday to go back to the shop to wait hours to get these simple repairs completed on multiple occasions. There were only two supplement requests the entire time, yet somehow this dragged on for months. First supplement on 09/26, 2nd supplement on 12/14, a whole 2 and a half months between. That means they lied to me and strung me along for months. When I finally got my car back in January, it wasn’t right. There was a nail in the tire, the alignment was off, fluids were low, and sensors weren’t connected properly. I had to pay out of pocket to fix additional issues elsewhere. The only person who tried to make it right was another employee named Justin, who reimbursed me for the rental and tire. The owner never found it in himself to be man enough to reach out or apologize. Months of trying to get a hold of him, calling the store, stopping by to ask his employees to have him give me a call. I even have text receipts of asking for him to call me multiple times. Instead of just calling the guy, his employees would conjure up the most laughable, convenient excuses. "He has something personal going on. He's in a meeting. He's running around busy." I would see multiple reviews during my repair of other customers saying Justin(owner) contacted them promptly. In 4 months after initial contact, not a single phone call or text message. I was understanding the whole time, yet he spat on my good will. It's been a month since I got my car, still no call. If they couldn’t handle the repair, they should have released the vehicle to another shop. Save yourself the stress and go literally anywhere else.

I normally wait until services has been completed to leave a review, but I felt it necessary to leave one now. They sent a tow to grab my non-drivable vehicle same day the appointment was set. In which that process was super quick. They text you with updates which I thought was pretty cool due to my busy schedule and the hollering baby that I usually have in the background. They gave me a fairly decent estimate for repairs BUT once they disassembled the car, they found a bigger issue. Of course, that meant a bigger estimate. Let's just say that Nicole, the manager, has been my angel in this entire process! She has been keeping me updated with everything. Herself and Randy, the repair guy, has even been more than reasonable and patient with me considering the price jump and my circumstances. I will be leaving another review or adding to this one once everything is done- only because I dislike speaking on things prematurely. You've got 5 stars from me Metro Dent. 🙂

Called for a dent repair and spoke with Justin, who runs the shop. Sent photos while on the phone and immediately felt confident. Justin followed up, and after speaking with a few other places, this was the shop I felt most comfortable with. Went in today for a single door ding, and it’s completely gone. The before photo shows the dent through a distorted reflection, and the after photo shows how clean the panel looks now. Justin was kind, explained everything clearly, and let me watch the repair. Quick work and reasonable pricing compared to others I checked. Would recommend.
