I discovered a nail in my tire after my tire pressure light went on. I stopped by this place and was in-and-out within 15 minutes. The gentleman helping me was kind, straightforward, and removed the nail and plugged it all for an amazing price. The service was so fast and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

I had my battery die over the weekend. I had to get my car towed and found this was the closest place to my apartment. They charged me $400 for a battery and installation. Total rip off. If you’re a woman DO NOT go here to get your car worked on. They will take advantage of you. Make sure you bring a male with you to negotiate. Unfortunate that there are still places like this that take advantage of women. Will not be going back or recommending.

This place was AWESOME! We are from Waco, and we were in Dallas for a trip, then boom, we got a flat. The worker that helped us helped patch the tire for a only 10 bucks! That's super cheap and he was very helpful. Highly recommend.

I’ve used Ross Auto & Tire three times and it’s always been great. First time, they repaired one of my tires with a nail puncture and had me out the door in 15 minutes. Second time, they installed 4 new tires on my Jeep and did a full alignment - drives better than new! Third time, they performed a state inspection in 10 minutes - didn’t even make an appointment! Love this place and will definitely be back in the future. There’s lots of places to eat within walking distance, so if you need to leave your vehicle for service, you have options while you wait. Fast, friendly and very reasonable shop rates. Thanks again to the team at Ross Auto! A+

Genuine, communicative, responsive, reassuring. Not all places check every box, Ross Auto & Tire Shop does. I got a flat tire fixed. I called and the phone picked up. They were true to their word and started to fix my tire right away. Don’t know much about flat tires, so the guy pointed out a new tire is not needed and a plug is all that’s needed (nearby tire shop said a new tire is required). Appreciate being informed about the location of a puncture matters and the lifespan of the tire. Lastly, the team made sure the rest of the tires were filled properly. This place is my go-to as long as I live in Texas.

I strongly suggest getting a quote before agreeing to any service at this tire shop. From my own experience, I was informed one price and later discovered the cashier attempted to charge more than what I was originally told. Very disappointing. The technician who helped me was polite and professional, but the pricing issue left a negative impression

I went in to get my car inspected and the check engine light was on. John the owner reset the light and told me to drive my car 150 miles. I did what he said and returned 3 days later.
