My husband took his truck to get it fixed. Was quoted $550 for the repair. The owners brother broke the radiator while replacing one of the engine coolant lines.The shop wanted to charge my husband over $500 for the radiatorreplacement. My husband ordered the radiatoronline for $150 and the shop agreed to install it for free, even though they had crated the crack. When my husband went to pick up the truck, they charged him $630, supposedly $550 for labor and $70 to put new engine oil. THEY DIDNT EVEN CARE TO PAY THE $150 FOR THE RADIATOR. The whole situation cost my husband $730 , instead of a $550 job. PLEASE BEWARE, DISHONEST SHOP

Repairs were done the same day I brought it. He was very accommodating and made time for us. We were visiting Dallas and they came through for us when they didn't have to. Staff was very helpful and were concentrating on getting work done. Great experience. Highly recommended.

Went here to have my 2015 Chrysler 200 checked out. Had a transmission light and an abs light come on. The mechanic looked at us and said I needed a completely new transmission which I felt was off and asked for them to look further into it. Came back with the same result so I took my car to the actual dealership only for them to say I needed a new sensor and wheel barring. Don’t let these people work on your car. They are lazy and just want to take your money. Please take your car to a trusted dealership and pay the premium. I promise gambling your car repairs here isn’t worth it.

I I took my truck to get oil pump replaced and oil coolant lines. I had the parts and was told the repair was going to cost me $550 , because they would also need to put new oil filter gasket and engine oil. I agreed to the $550 and was told it would be ready the next day. The next day I got a call that my radiator was leaking coolant bad, was quoted over $500 to have it replaced. It was fishy , because I had driven my truck to the shop with no temperature changes or leaking coolant. I told them no and I ordered the radiator online, which cost me $150. When I picked up my truck the next day, I noticed that the mechanic broke my radiator while changing one of the oil coolant lines. the mechanic agreed to have the radiator replaced at no cost, that I had ordered so I didn't drive the truck home with a leaking radiator. When my truck was ready, I was told that it was going to be $630 , because $550 for labor plus $70 to top the oil. I then told the owners daughter how about the $150 I paid for the radiator. She said not my problem. I ended spending $780 in total for their mechanic error. Never again will I comeback to this shop

After calling Solutions Auto Repair the ,owner Omar, was able to fit me in same day to change my oil in my truck. His technician, Juan, was very knowledgeable and welcomed me with a smile. The mechanics did not attempt to overcharge me or recommend anything for repair. The service was the most affordable in the area and I will definitely be taking my truck here for future maintenance. I am very picky on who I take my truck to, but I've found Solutions Auto Repair to be one of the few mechanics to be trustworthy, affordable, and transparent with their customers. You've earned a life long client.

Great mechanic and a great price. I normally did all my own work on my truck with a friend who has a shop, but I just moved down here and simply don't have the tools necessary to do my own work yet. They got the job finished faster than I would have even if I had the tools, they listened to me, and they didn't try to nickel and dime me for other work. It's always great to find a good, honest mechanic when you move somewhere new, and now that I've found one I won't take my truck anywhere else. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to take their vehicle to an independent, locally-owned shop!

Don’t waste your time and money on this place they charge a lot of money supposedly for the best parts and they buy the cheapest ones and don’t fix the problem at all if you take your car again cause the problem isn’t fixed they just keep you car for hours and they don’t do nothing and give your car with the same issue
