12/02/2022 - This is an update. The quality of work and service has gone down drastically over the last few years. I paid for a new catalytic converter for my 2010 GMC Terrain. I kept having problems with my vehicle after paying for the repairs. I went back and was told that the catalytic converter needed to be replaced again because the original one failed less than a year had gone by. It was replaced again as a limited warranty. The amount of money I was charged for the first catalytic converter was really high so I thought I paid for a new one. I am still having problems 6 months later. So much so that today I am at a GMC Certified Repair Service Department in Plano, Texas for a diagnostic. It turns out that the parts used were aftermarket but that wasn't clearly expressed to me or I would have requested new parts. There are bolts and brackets missing from the installation that has caused an exhaust leak. I will need to replace the catalytic converter again. I'm going to pay for the repairs at a GMC Certified Repair Service Department to avoid any further issues. Save your time and money and take your vehicle to a Certified Repair Service Department. I had been coming here for the last 6-10 years. It was good service until the new "family" employees started working here. The quality of work has suffered.

Not the best place to take ur car they will have u waiting hours and want fix anything and say they did. I still have the same issues after coming up there several times then I had a light that went out and they put the same light back in it I have lost so much money and time at this place to where I had to get it serviced somewhere else. Horrible service these pictures are after the service was done then they left items in my car that I didn’t know til the next man seen them. I want a refund or I’m contacting BBB

Forget about discount tires, or other auto or tire repair shops that lure you in with their names but end up making you wait for hours once you get there or spend way more than what they actually do. The fact that these guys are busy all day long tells you about how good they are. I needed to replace 2 of my tires, they had 5/6 ppl ahead of me but they finished the job within half an hour. No reservations needed, prices are just half of what discount tires would charge for the same job and flawless results. Never had issues with them.

I have always had a great experience with Rami. From inspections, oil changes, new brake pads, new brake rotors, tire alignment and brake bleeding service I had done for a vintage truck I was having problems getting air out of the lines. I’ve been coming here for somewhere around 8 years and have always been pleased. Great pricing, clean labor and awesome communication. Overall, great experiences for multiple vehicles and I have referred quite a few people over time.

Amazing experience. I think these guys deserve an applaud and appreciation. My battery got died fully as I kept my lights on for 3 days. They not only give me the battery starter jump instrument but also they said it will be free. I was so tensed and they are so much helpful. Definitely a person to give a tip. Worth a try. Love these people. Friendly and helpful, they have been taking care of my kid's old Toyota for a few years. Reasonable prices, and at least in my experience no pushy up-sell stuff or dubious dire warnings, just honest diagnosis and good solid work. Location is a mix of good and bad; easy to get to, but the Coit Cambpell intersection is a nightmare. If you go early it's not that bad. They have generous open hours and are open on Saturday!!

As a single woman, I'm skeptical about auto shops. Men often see women coming and think how easy it is to take advantage of them because they don't know any better, so I've become savvy about my car. I can't say enough great things about this shop. They were kind, communicative and fair in pricing. What they quoted is what they charged AND they didn't charge me any tax. JJ called me with updates every day. I hadn't planned on leaving my vehicle there, but I felt it was safe and they took very good care of me. When you see bad reviews of this place, I'm betting it was from someone who was a complainer and gives every business a low rating. They were wrong. Ladies, if you're looking for honest mechanics who are kind and thoughtful, this is your place. I will be back!
