They had my vehicle months after they said it would be ready and I get it back with no coolant and making strange noises and it died going down 30 3 days later. They towed it back and it was in warranty. But that was in the first of May and they still have my vehicle. It's like you pay first then they'll get to it maybe. The worst is the it'll be fine next week, next Friday, middle of next week. Over and over and never seeing it move. Just tell me when it'll really be ready and not give me the run around. I had great expectations since so many people said it was amazing. So far I just wish I took it somewhere else. This would have been long over with months ago. UPDATE: my truck is still not fixed. Over a year. They have had it over a year and have barely worked on it and it's still the same run around. At this point I might as well get my money back and go buy a new car. Less headache. Less stress. This is crazy. Who does this?

Best honest mechanic in dfw and garland area, unless its a big engine job if so take it to big shop. I still stand by wat i said but im starting to wonder if he only desires to do business with new customers. My car been ther 2 years for a timing chain.
