I took my vehicle in for engine light on with code for camshaft sensor bank B. They suggested they replacing both sensors for bank B(2) therefore I approved it. 2 days later I get another engine light code for both banks now. After my google research, they replace only one on bank B and one on bank A and did not seat the cable correctly. Looks like they have all new staff and I'm not sure about.

Very bad experience over the wknd,needed a radiator replacement done,took it there in morning,they said they will order radiator which never came which out found out when I went ther....I had called before I went and was told the car would be done in 2 hrs...suspicious, I drove another vehicle there and watched as my car was never even touched,this is 2 hrs before closing,I had to demand my keys,b/c of one person there telling me they would have to call and see how much for diagnosis....b/s,the night before a mechanic and I figured it to be the radiator(steam,fluid leaking),when finally I get to the car,seats (driver and passenger)are reclined all the way back with sun visor blocking the sun from side windows,(i guess they were chilling in "MY CAR",this has nothing to do with radiator replacement to say the least......Please stay Away from this place....other than to get flat tires fixed......WARNING:STAY AWAY-2 stars (Flats they fix)

Before you have your car, serviced at Auto Clinic, be very careful. My daughter, took her car in for a diagnostic, as it was leaking antifreeze. She was told, the repair would cost her, roughly $800.00 dollars. She decided to get a second opinion. She returned to retrieve her vehicle. After the second mechanic, diagnosed the problem, he found that the radiator overflow unit, was cracked. He also, found the oil dipstick was broken. The second mechanic replaced the overflow unit, & did so at a cost totally ($150 parts/labor). My daughter, called Auto Clinic. too. Notifying them that her auto's dipstick, was intact, & fully working, when her auto was arrested their place of business. The mechanic admitted he'd broken the dipstick. After much negative attitude, & unprofessional ism Auto Clinic ordered & replaced her dipstick. This place is a total fraud! Initially they were going to charge her, close to $1000.00 dollars. For a cracked radiator over unit. As if that weren't enough, Auto Clinic broke the car's dipstick, & simply stuck the broken stick, back into it's container. Never bothered to tell me daughter. Please save your time, & money. Find a reputable auto mechanic.

Beware of this mechanic shop. They do not handle business professionally and, in my experience, felt dishonest. Customer service was horrible. The staff was very disrespectful and even smiled while I was expressing my concerns about the work they did. I was originally told the repair would take about 4 hours, but it ended up taking 2 days. I went in to have a specific part repaired that they told me was the issue. When I returned to pick up my vehicle and pay, they tried to charge me for additional work that I never authorized. They completed extra repairs without my consent and then expected payment. The lack of communication, professionalism, and respect was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this shop.
