I had broken windshield on my Freightliner Cascadia replaced here, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Everyone was super friendly and professional, they got the job done quickly and efficiently. I called around all over Dallas and Fort Worth and this was the only place that didn’t try to overcharge me. Their price was the most reasonable by far. I called Wednesday to get a quote for my front windshield, I was quoted $275 I told the lady awesome I will be in Friday morning! Safelite quoted me $500 to fix my windshield before it even spread, that’s a major difference! fast forward to today, the lady at the front desk , I’m so sorry I didn’t get her name, but she was extremely nice, and helpful! The guys who fixed my window are heaven sent I can’t thank you guys enough for the fast service! I was there for maybe an hour or less!! 10/10 will recommend!

I’ve been here in the past but haven’t had to until a cow ran in front of my 2014 Ford Escape. Other places were wanting $300-$450 dollars and trust me I called around before driving out here instead of going locally around my Plano area. I ended up paying $185 and waited about an hour. Glass looks better than when I bought my car. Update: Another visit in 2022. My 2017 Honda Civic had a break in the glass towards the bottom passenger side and a crack near the line of vision on the driver side while driving that was growing. It passed inspection but the glass was just bothering me so much and the crack was only going to keep on growing. I didn’t take the best pictures but hopefully by looking at my pictures you can trust Faith Auto Glass to repair your windshield too! I called a day ahead just to make sure they had or were going to have my windshield in stock. I wanted to go with an oem one but the dealership wanted almost $1k just for the glass so after calling around several places I still couldn’t find anyone near as affordable as here. I took the day off to drive here. I always want to go somewhere closer to home but every time I just decide to drive out here because they give exceptional service and work. My car was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

I was in and out in less than 25 minutes! Full replacement for one of my backseat windows (Hyundai sedan). Walked in at 9:30AM on a Wednesday. I called the day before around 4:00PM for a quote and they told me to come in the next morning. They even vacuumed and removed the broken glass from the backseat. Great price and the woman at the front desk was very kind a professional. 10/10.

Had rear window replaced in my truck… price was good and service was fast but I specifically asked the technician if he had vacuumed out the broken glass and he stated that it’s all clean… THAT IS NOT THE CASE HE STRAIGHT LIED TO ME and now I have to take the door panel off to clean it myself…

I called multiple places and Faith Auto Glass was the most reasonable price and time frame to repair the damage. I received quotes as much as $350 where I live. One call to F.A.G and my window was ordered and delivered the same day, all I had to do was make an 1 hour and 15 minute drive to have it installed. And did I mention it was done before I knew it. They are prompt, friendly, efficient, and the name Faith is not just for fun… although I didn’t see the full name on the outside of the building (which is why they lost a ⭐️ for me. I wasn’t sure if I was at the right place at first) but, they live it. The sounds of Christian music helped make the environment calm, relaxing, and it felt safe to be there. I was told it would take an hour and a half but it was right under an hour. They offer choices and explain them to you.
