5 stars for honest and service. It is hard to find an honest mechanic. They found a problem that was still covered under warranty. They could have fixed the issue and not told me. Instead they called me up and said the part that needs to be replaced is still under warranty and advised I take it to the dealership. They did not charge me any fee for their time.

Took my 2015 Jeep Wrangler for routine service on my brakes and axles that revealed a much deeper issue. Not surprising for an older Jeep. I was kept informed every step of the way by the technician. Although the necessary repairs were more than I expected and I was without my vehicle longer than I wanted, I feel more confident that my Jeep is in tip top shape for the future. Will definitely be going back for any other repairs needed!

I cannot give this shop enough praise. There are not enough stars in the sky! Chelle is one of the most kind, honest, stand up people I have ever met in my life and trust me, I am no spring chicken! I sought them out after my elderly friend spend an exorbitant amount of money trying to get her electrical light issue fixed. They found the issue quickly and recommended a part that would save her money. Did you read that? They ACTUALLY recommended a much more cost effective option for the customer! I am absolutely blown away by their integrity, kindness and professionalism!!

Have trusted Love Field Auto for my vehicle maintenance for a few years now, after switching due to poor experiences elsewhere. Recently scheduled my wife's car for a routine oil change and ended up getting that done along with a few other things they recommended as part of the general inspection, which is included when you get the oil change. My only gripe is the price of the (conventional) oil change shot up to the $90 range, compared to the previous oil change, six months ago, which was in the $60 range. However, something I learned after a nice chat with the owner or manager is the price of their full synthetic oil change is only a few dollars more than their conventional oil change. So, even though the price of their oil change service is a bit on the high end (in my opinion), the price is worth it as Love Field Auto is a clean and efficiently run shop.

Mechanics are very nice and the shop is transparent with pricing, but I would not recommend for tire service. Was charged a total of $450 for two $80 off-brand tires (no allignment, just swaped 2 tires). $60/tire to “mount and balance.” I get that they need to charge for labor and service, but this was steep to me and likely +$100 than countless other shops in the area I could have gone to. In summary: Great service, mid-high prices.

Called late on a Thursday and set up an appointment for Monday morning for brakes. Dropped off my vehicle at 8am had estimate to me just after 9am. Picked up my vehicle a little after 2pm. I asked some questions about other services, which were readily answered. Everyone was great. I will be taking my vehicle back for some other services.
