They rotated my daughter tires and she made it 2 blocks and lost the tire, doing 13K in damage. He had no insurance or money. Serviced my transmission and left it 4 quarters low. He lies And tell you he will take care of it. He has no money for damage he does. Coming soon a sign posted across the street to warn peoples.

Don't go to this shop! I thought they were kind however Adrian installed my tire rods oppositely. This caused my car to almost crash while leaving the shop. I was able to make it to another shop to get it checked and switched. They also kept several of my tire lug nuts and my tire key. Because of the mistake I asked for a simple refund of the tire rods so i could buy replacement parts but he just called me a liar and would not help correct the problem they caused. They were very rude to me and took advantage of me being a women and not familiar with cars. DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL GET OVER ON YOU AND OVER CHARGE YOU!

A plus performed a couple of auto repairs on my car . The diagnostic was spot on and my car es running even better than ever. Thanks for a stellar experience and getting my car back on the road. Staff are professional and knowledgeable. Although my car is older vehicle, I felt they treated my auto repair needs as good as with the same respect as someone driving a newer model car. I am glad I found an auto repair business that build on trust and dependable work.

More like F- tires shop. This shop put my break pads on backwards and somehow disabled my parking break. I went to my usual mechanic and he said they had done basically everything wrong they didnt even grease the break pads. When I came to them with proof of the mess up they refused to accept responsibility and refused to compensate. Worst tire shop ever. If you have a death wish and are wishing to mess up your vehicle come here. If you want to actually fix your car go anywhere else.

I had a terrible experience at this shop. They replaced my tires but broke my tire sensors in the process, and when I asked them to fix it, they refused. Now I have to pay over $50 each to replace the sensors elsewhere. On top of that, they promised me a great deal on tires—$75 for a $125 tire—but after looking around, I found the same tire for just $40. In the end, I ended up paying $200 in damages and for overpriced tires. The staff was rude, argumentative, and dishonest. I will never return and would strongly advise others to avoid this place as well.

The manager ,(whom speaks English)was very rude,he kept talking over me and would not allow me to complete my sentence,I often had to repeat my question because he refuse to demonstrate good listening skills,I address the issue he did not apologize,but hang up in my face! So second this has happened. They brake the lug nuts off don’t say anything and let u drive off. My son almost wrecked and I just got off the phone with a rude employee. Calling the city next. This is not okay! People can cause an accident cause of this negligence!!!

bought 4 new tires for my car from this shop just to Get a few blocks down the road and my wheel came off the vehicle. contacted the shop and been getting ignored for more then 6 days after notifying the shop. the technician forgot to tighten and torque lug nuts on my passenger front tire. I explain to owner and he said the technician said I had aftermarket wheel spacers on my vehicle which I do not have. they are ignoring the issue and will not help resolve even when they are 100% responsible ! STAY CLEAR AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!!!!!
