BEING A FEMALE IS ALWAYS HARD TO TAKE YOUR CAR TO A REPAIR SHOP, THEY EITHER TRY TO GET OVER YOU OR THEY DO NOT EXPLAIN THE PROPER REPAIR ON YOUR CAR, WHEN I TOOK MY RANGE ROVER TO SILVER STAR RAY AND GEORGE WERE VERY KNOWLEGABLE AND EXPLAIN THE REPAIR PROCESS AND THEY REPAIR MY CAR IN A TIMELY MANNER, AND ALSO THEY GAVE ME A GREAT DEAL, ON THE REAPIR I WAS TOTALLY ON EASE.

We’ve taken our Mercedes to Silver Star Motor Cars for 6 years now, both for regular services and accident repair. Their work is beyond compare, and that includes all the body work that’s had to be done due to accidental damage. Recently, when I smogged the car, we were informed of a warranty repair so I took the car to a local dealership. They spotted other issues and quoted me $8,000. I knew the service/repair issues were valid, but like we always do, we went to Silver Star Motor Cars. They performed ALL of the work and more, and I paid less than half. In addition, George and Ray are friendly and a pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

First off, based on my experience, the Google reviews on this company is legitimate! I learned about Silver Star Motorcars after receiving a mailer a few years back. Since they were close to home and they had an almost 5 star Google rating, I kept the mailer but I admit I’m always skeptical of these ratings. I have a 2020 Mercedes E450 that had a broken clip, which made the bumper stick out a bit and created a gap (see pics). I’ve seen this same problem on many other Mercedes and it’s obviously a design flaw. The dealer quoted me $2800 to replace and paint the bumper about 3 years ago. I took it to a body shop because they said they could repair the torn tab and they improved the appearance of the bumper but not back to 100% Unfortunately the repair only lasted a few months, which was disappointing because it broke again so easily. I now question if they even repaired it and just glued the torn tab, which is why the repair didn’t last. Fast forward to April 2025 and I was tired at looking at the bumper in disrepair, not to mention I only hand washed the car because I was afraid to run it thru a car wash for fear of the bumper sustaining even more damage. I came across the mailer from a few years back and took it to Silver Star Motor Cars and spoke to Ray. He told me he felt he could repair it and could probably get it to 85 -90%. What he quoted me was less than half of what I previously paid and it only took 6 hours. When speaking to Ray about the repair, I felt that doing a good job was important to him, so I decided to go for it. WOW, I AM SO HAPPY WITH THE REPAIR!! He explained the repair process and I feel confident this repair is going to last! I am THRILLED beyond words! Also, my car was dirty and they washed both inside and outside of my car, which was not expected. This is now my go to for ALL my service and repairs needs in the future! There is PRIDE in workmanship with this company which is a rarity these days! Thank you Silver Star Motorcars!

They repaired my car after an accident, as well as changed the transmission and it looks and drives like it is brand new and the car is 10 years old. I won’t go anywhere else for my auto needs.
