Chet is amazing! (Manager) Quickly assisted me. Clear snd Vocal on all things pertaining to my vehicles maintenance, explained things to where I understood completely; Showed very much attention to the customer and frequently updated me as my car was serviced. I am not from Texas and dont know anyone that can fix cars, But boy am I glad I came to this location! I now have a comfortable place to check my car out without being overcharged just because I don’t know about cars. Amazing customer service from Chris and his team! I went in for a state inspection and tire rotation and they provided on-the-spot photos and detailed descriptions of each service they recommend. Chris was also very transparent with me on what he’d consider critical and non-critical issues. It’s very rare to say an auto shop provided a warm experience, but that’s exactly what I received. Will definitely go back again.

The customer service use to be better but they now have a new person who does not know how to communicate. I had to wait 3 hours for an oil change. The front desk person never communicated the wait time, he never apologized for how long I had to wait or nothing.

I have a new to me BMW, and the car has been sitting for a while, and 8 months after purchasing figured the time has elapsed and an oil change was needed. Jose & Chris took good care of me, they made sure I got all discounts, and took great care in explaining how urgent other repairs were and how to prioritize the scheduled vs other needs. Everything is automated, so I can go and look at it before I get them done. I truly appreciate Meineke! They are a one stop shop and they aren’t afraid of imports (LOL).

Took my Porsche for an oil change and they were very affordable and efficient, they even replaced my oil plug since the previous mechanic I took it to stripped it out really bad. They used to not take customer provided parts but they have changed that now, I brought my own oil and they did an outstanding job. I will definitely come back for more services since Caleb specializes in EURO vehicles.

Needed an oil service and other places gave me erroneous prices for a 2022 Altima. I said to myself there's got to be someone who's pricing and simple oil service at a reasonable rate and there I looked up and saw Meineke! Good pricing, efficient service and the guy in the building even took time to explain some of the discounted rates that they offer for other services that I may or may not need in the future. They did a good job and explained everything. It was an older white guy there who took my information and what not. He wasn’t rude but he was definitely a little uncouth. He seemed to run things so maybe he was a supervisor or manager but he definitely could have been a bit more amiable. Either way they did the job which was checking out my car well so I have no further complaints beyond the customer service.

Very unprofessional. Called and ask if they can do an allignment. Asked them how much and when they can get it done. Deryl asked me how soon I can get there and I told him I can be there in 30 mins. He scheduled me and I wasted gas to drive there just for them to say they can’t do an allignment. I called deryl back to see why he made me come but I spoke to Stephanie and asked for a supervisor but she hung up, was rude and unprofessional. Called back and got Hung up on 4 times. I used a different number and finally got a hold of Gloria who said a supervisor will call me back
