I’m very pleased with my experience at Dallas Customs and Classics. I have a 1968 vette that was just not running correctly and the previous mechanic was not able to dial it in appropriately. DCC was able to find the issues in a heartbeat to include the incorrect spark plugs and carburetor that were installed by the previous shop. The car has never felt this responsive and sounds fantastic. It’s a joy to drive and it feels like it was built to perform and does so in spades. I appreciate these guys…. Great communication with me along the way as well.

If you are having any issues with a tri-power, six pack, 6BBL, or any carb issues at all this is where you need to go. Honest and easy to deal with. Saw some complaints on here and found them odd. If you are messing with old cars and can’t do it all yourself you go to a solid shop like this and they give you an estimate, but you should always keep in mind that when you try to tackle one thing it will lead to another in most cases…that’s how old cars are. An estimate is just that, and they are fair and transparent on what they find when going over your car. They did a disc brake installation, trans rebuild, exhaust, and sorted out my three two set up with a complete rebuild. With the expertise of the owner he was able to sort out what was not right with my Mopar 6BBL set up and got me rolling again. All work was completed in a very quick time frame and I was updated regularly. Highly recommend! Update 6/20/23: My car is back in their hands and they are awesome as always. Can’t wait to get it back!

Todd and his team did an amazing job getting my 66 Mustang back in tip top shape. Took it from sitting for 5+ years to road ready in no time. Highly recommend.

Hard to find place that’s like a gem in a bush but they’re so worth it. Mr. Todd was super professional and I brought my 1985 Chevrolet Caprice classic coup and it’s stock engine to Him ( had bunch of Carbeuator and vacuum problems and had a wheel bearing issue) and he made the engine of the car better and more efficient than when it was manufactured and much prettier as well! Trust these guys with your classics you’ll get what you’ve been hoping for!

I have a much loved 1972 Ninety-Eight Luxury Coupe. She is a long way from a muscle car. She had two prior owners that did a lot of work on her engine, suspension and exhaust themselves. While I admire their bravery, the results were awful. Low power, countless leaks and, as it turns out, numerous bit of baling wire and spit holding things together. Now, she runs like new and I get better gas mileage than anyone in my vintage auto club. There are further improvements to her a/c and interior coming and I look forward to have these as well as regular maintenance done by these great folks. Considering what the car cost and what I am putting into it, I am a great place. A used Camry costs more and hasn't got 10% of the comfort or style.

The only guys and I’ll let touch my beloved classics. They can handle the toughest jobs and have the attention to detail to make them look good when finished. The team has handled a transmission rebuild on my 1969 Dodge Charger Daytona and it worked flawlessly. Additionally, they are the go to people for upgrades, installing Vintage Air and Digital Gauges in my customers car.

Todd took such GREAT CARE of us! We had been through so many problems with our car and even had sent it back to the builder to fix said problems. It came back with the same problems. Dallas Customs And Classics Went over the car with a fine tooth comb and found every problem with the car and fixed it! Also, when I came in and talked to Bob, he showed me everything on the lift that was going on, and that they had been fixing. He talk to me straight and didn’t talk down to me because I am a woman. They encourage women to be knowledgeable about their vehicles. We absolutely love this place and we will not take our 71 Chevelle anywhere else!! Thank you so much guys. It’s a totally different car to drive now. #Grateful

Have had several good experiences with Dallas Custom's and Classics. From carburetor repair and tune up on my 76 Corvette, rear end gear replacement for my 36 Chevrolet and going with me to inspect a 66 Pontiac Lemans. I highly recommend these people for classic auto repair.

The only place in DFW you should even consider taking your classic car to. I had the great guys and gals at Dallas Customs and classics rebuild and customize, the Old iron duke in my 1989 Chevy S-10, along with a new clutch and a lot of other new parts. And man does she run like a top now! Truck only has 88k miles and I don’t think she’s ever ran as good as she does now. The attention to detail and build quality is phenomenal! Also top notch customer service! I was updated with pictures and messages about each process in the rebuild. Which was great because I got to see progress on my truck while she was in there hands. Couldn’t ask for better customer service from these guys. And you can tell that everyone that works here has a true passion for classic vehicles. Any job big or small I would trust these guys with. I would give 10 out of 5 stars if possible.

Contracted DC&C to do a bunch of upgrades to my 68 Camaro. New suspension, power steering, power disc brakes, AC, Dakota Digital gauges, Frontrunner accessory drive on the engine, LED head and taillights, touchscreen radio, and clean up the old wiring. They knocked it out of the park, transformed a basically stock 68 car into a more modern car that can be driven and enjoyed. When it comes to classic cars these guys seriously know their stuff.

Met Todd early when he was re-building and fixing carburetors. Have brought a number of my classics cars to Dallas Customs & Classics including my Chevelle and two El Caminos. These guys know their stuff and do full service—mechanical, resto and everything in between. Have referred them to a number of friends with classic cars including my next door neighbor when he needed his 66 Plymouth Belvedere restored.

As the owner’s (Todd’s), daughter, I feel that it is necessary to contribute my testimony. He is an honest, diligent, and hardworking businessman that has taught his three children so well, and it has been incredible watching his business grow so quickly and successfully. He even told me that I could have a classic car of my own one day if I put in the work on it, and I said I would, and he held me accountable. So, after all of the hard work paying off from top to bottom, body to brakes, I have been driving a ‘79 Camaro for about 4 and a half years now. His passion for classics and antiques is infectious, and he has a great knowledge in mechanical work. Proud of you, Dad!

Todd, Tom, and Bob at DC&C performed a miracle on my '66 Mustang, dormant for over 25 years. Their expertise extends far beyond the impressive suspension and brake conversion they executed. While there's still some fine-tuning ahead, this classic has already undergone a stunning transformation. The attention to detail is nothing short of remarkable. This car has made incredible progress, leaving very little left for a complete restoration. I'm truly grateful for their exceptional work. Highly recommend!

We just got our 1967 Ford Falcon Futura Sports Coupe back after Todd and his team installed Vintage Air Conditioning. They also installed a set of headers to get rid of the ugly smogger exhaust manifolds. Todd also installed a guage package instead of relying on the old factory idiot lights. Many hours of custom fabrication for parts the didn't exist such as the firewall plate to mount the Vintage AC unit behind the dash. An new aluminum radiator was need as was the custom made shroud holding the dual electric fans. The car drives great! The trip home was in bumper to bumper traffic and the engine never got to 180°. But it was blowing ice cold air out the AC vents. With the addition of the headers and losing the fan off the engine, you could feel that it was more powerful too. Very pleased!!!

Took my 1965 Dodge D100 in to sort out wiring, leaks, initial fire, break in and some other items. They are very knowledgeable, thorough (checked over everything), straight shooters and timely. It left a running road worthy machine! Communicated with me throughout the time it was there. I Highly recommend them.

Todd and his team are the best in the business. I brought in my 65 Thunderbird for motor rebuild, brakes, shocks, etc.. This car runs smooth and rides like a dream. I loved their work so much I bought a 1984 Silverado from Todd and had his team fully remodel the interior. Now I have two vehicles that regularly win car shows. DCC is like family. Todd and his wife Carla have been fully transparent with parts and labor costs. They keep meticulous records which will only increase the value if I decide to sell. You can't go wrong with Todd and the crew at DCC.

Enough can’t be said about these guys (and gal). Todd and Carla run an amazing operation at Dallas Customs and Classics. Do not trust your classic with anyone else. They are honest, fairly priced and absolute straight shooters. I never have to haggle with them on price because I trust them and they are fair and upfront. I recently took my ‘66 Impala to get some work done and they fixed everything that was wrong and suggested a few things to enhance the ride and it rides like new!!
