Had my car repaired here a couple months ago and had a very bad experience. They had told me my car would be ready on a certain day, then said that never mind it would not be ready that date but would be ready soon. I called or texted everyday and did not hear back until the following week. When they gave me the car back, the airbag light was on which they did come and fix a couple days later. Today, the coolant light came on and I went to check the coolant and it was almost empty because they had left the lid off of the coolant container. I would never recommend this shop based on their careless work and lack of professionalism. I called and tried to speak to them before writing this review and they were not helpful and did not seem interested.

If a zero star review was possible than this would be my first. At first these gentlemen appeared to due quality work and had a good response time. After dropping my car off all of that changed. These crooks had my car for about a week in order to fully access the damage while I worked through my auto claim with my insurance. Once we determine the car was total i started the process the pick up my car. I spoke with the people at the shop before coming by to pick up my car. Immediately upon approaching my car i noted a few things: 1. The power locks were not working (these worked before drop off) 2. Passenger sidepoower windows not working (working before drop off) 3. Headlight misaligned 4. Passenger side airbags offline (working before drop-off and never deployed) I immediately attempted to speak with their team but the only comment I received was "we cannot repair your vehicle due to liability reasons". I completely understood repairing but to return the car in a worse state and claim this is criminal. I've never dealt with a mechanic who causes more damage to a car than actually helping. Extremely frustrating situation to deal with and I highly recommend you go else where for your repair needs.

AVOID!!! Overpriced, bad service, don’t waste your time. In fact, you should avoid this place at all costs. Took my car for an estimate, I had to follow up with them 4 times over two and a half weeks to get them to send it to me—despite repeatedly telling me they’d have it to me “tomorrow.” Then, they quoted me $4500 to fix a dent and some light body work. Took it to another place, Ramirez Body Shop in east Dallas, they did the same work exact work and did a perfect job for less than HALF what these guys quoted.

I brought my car in to get an estimate and was told I’d hear back shortly. It’s now been 5 days and I still haven’t received anything. I’ve called every day to follow up, and each time I was told they’d “get back to me.” I've been needing the estimate to use for a police report that I need to file for a hit and run. Today, I spoke with someone named Bob, who gave me attitude and told me that if I want my car fixed, I should just drop it off — without ever providing the actual estimate I originally asked for. He stated that cars that are dropped off to be fixed are prioritized over the people who just want an estimate. That’s incredibly unprofessional. I don’t feel comfortable leaving my vehicle anywhere without knowing what the cost will be upfront. They just want the business and don't care about customer care. This shop clearly lacks communication, organization, and customer service. What's sad is that I was planning on using them for my repairs and now I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Damaged my 2020 RAV4 on August 21st in the morning. Was directed to Crash Champions by my insurance company, Progressive, and was able to get my car in that very day! I can see why my insurance partners with Crash Champions, I had my car back by August 29th and the work was absolute perfection! I had hit a concrete pole while backing up and the right front quarter panel was severely damaged and the right passenger door could not open. Now you’d never know any damage existed, they are that good! Marvin was fantastic with the whole process from receiving the vehicle, assistance with coordinating the Enterprise rental, keeping me updated on the progress and finally releasing the vehicle back to me but only after his personal quality inspection and explaining everything they had done. I will 100% recommend them to anyone that needs auto body work. A big shoutout to Bob for assisting with billing and my rental return.

I don’t think I would come back to this location. I had repairs done after hitting a concrete wall in a dark parking garage. It’s been a few months since the repairs but my back brake light wiggles and I have some type of glue all over the inside of my trunk and I can’t get it off. They didn’t give me my vehicle clean after repairs. Not cool. There’s also white spots all over my center console I can’t get off. At the time my car was 6months old new. I had repairs done at the walnut hill location and they were much better at keeping me up to date on everything they were doing. They’ll harass you for a review for weeks after if you don’t give them one. Constant texts and phone calls asking for a review like a credit card company. 🥲I waited because I wasn’t sure what to look for in the repairs. Now the white spot on my pretty center console will remind me of my mistake. The guy at the front desk was very nice though!!

Absolutely worst place to get your car fixed. I took my fav 4 2023 to get fixed after a car accident . Upon retrieval of my vehicle 1 MONTH AFTER LEAVING IT THERE. The parts that were originally suppose to be put on the vehicle were not .(missing parts) Upon waiting 3more months for the correct parts to arrive . Still nothing. And when I call THEY STATE THE PARTS ARE NOT Arriving GET! PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE ITS A SCAM!!! Still Missing a cover to the panel !!!

I would give zero stars if it was an option. The communication from the shop was horrible. Both Allstate and crash collisions did not communicate properly with me. They kept my car for 6 weeks with out fixing anything. Asked for my vehicle multiple times because I was paying for my rental out of pocket just to be told to wait on insurance. Finally was returned the vehicle with the whole interior of my car covered in dirt with broken open wheel moldings. Once Allstate finally reached out, I asked for my vehicle to be put back together they gave me attitude and took 8 days to do so, which led to me having to pay more for my rental out of pocket. Car was returned in worse condition than when I dropped it off. They also told me it was $22,000 in damages when it was only $8,000. Took it to calliber collision and everything was fixed and clean and open wheel moldings put back on vehicle in 8 days.
