Jim and crew know what to do! Honest and fair. Isn’t that what you want in a mechanic shop? Don’t dare go to the big chain shops. I had a power steering hose get detached and they could have told me my pump needed replacing or my high pressure line or whatever else, but they didn’t. Aaron is pure example of above and beyond. I trust Aaron with any car issue and that is because of the quality of his work, knowledge and personal care. I recently took my vehicle in to dealer for warranty covered work and felt unsure of what the dealership was telling me. So I reached out to Aaron and he took time out of personal time to explain what the other mechanic was referring to and helped me understand. When he didn’t think I was being treated properly he called Acura support himself and asked the right questions to help me get the right answers. His help saved me over $8k and made me a lifetime customer for sure. When it is not required to go do the dealer for anything I would rather go here. We have been so impressed with Advanced Auto Repair Services. We are from out of town, but upon a recommendation our college-student daughter took her car in several months ago.
