I needed my Serpentine Belt and Pulley replaced after breaking down on the Interstate - After my employer made initial contact, Wallace called within 5 minutes to discuss the issue with my truck and to see what parts he might need - 20 minutes later, he was on site and working to get me back on the road ASAP - He was courteous, professional, and even called me an hour later to make sure my truck was still running properly - I highly recommend Wallace and Dallas Metro Mobile Mechanic!!!

I had an amazing experience! He came out to me in the middle of the night when no one else was available—truly a lifesaver. He’s available 24 hours, which is so rare and so helpful. He replaced my AC compressor and now my car blows freezing cold air—a must in this Texas heat. He also helped me replace my spark plugs and even took the time to give me an educated lesson because I wanted to learn. He’s extremely kind, genuine, and inclusive, and it really shows in the way he treats his customers. I felt comfortable, respected, and taken care of the entire time.
