After Overseas Service Haus was unable to diagnose a no-start issue on my friend’s BMW X5 Diesel, I decided to have the vehicle picked up by AAA. While we were trying to figure out how to get it into Neutral for the flatbed, a mechanic named Chris came out and graciously offered his help. He brought his tools, stayed late, and walked us through the process—even though I wasn’t a paying customer. Chris didn’t have to step in, but he went out of his way to help, and I can’t thank him enough. While it was disappointing that the original issue couldn’t be diagnosed, Chris’s professionalism and kindness made a big difference. He even gave me some advice on the potential issues the car is experiencing. The shop could definitely use more mechanics like him.

After being scammed out of $2,700 by dishonest mechanics who replaced my spark plugs and coils twice on my 2011 Mercedes C300 without fixing the actual problem (my car broke down within an hour of leaving their shop), I was ready to give up on my vehicle entirely. I found Overseas Service Haus on-line when looking for a mechanic to perform a Pre-purchase Inspection on a car I was looking to buy remotely, as I don't live in the Dallas area. Spoke with Roy first, then Joe, and they were both very friendly and helpful in arranging said inspection between me and the dealership. The inspection report they provided was very thorough and included pictures of the faults they found. Roy went through this report with me over the phone and gave me feedback on the findings and saved me from a potential money-pit. Highly recommend if you're looking at buying an Audi that you have them look it over first. If I lived in the Dallas area, I would feel very comfortable having them be "my shop".

I have a friend who needed an emergency oil change before he flew to 4 states in 8 days. He didn’t want to go all the way his place in Irving. He had heard me constantly bragging about MY place that my sister hooked me up with several years ago, so he asks for the first time, “can you just take my car to your place?” Mind you: This guy is hard to please and even harder to impress. So knowing what I know about this place I leap @ the opportunity! All of this is literally last minute, by the way… I call the place at 10:00. Yada, yada, yada. Joe says we’re completely booked and of course the guys go to lunch from 12-1. BUT if you get here in 30 minutes, we’ll try to fit you in. Of course 75 traffic is CAH-RAZY, so I make it @10:45. Joe AND Roy (who always takes excellent exceptional care of me, every single time, without fail, from the moment we met) greets me with a smile-the first miracle! I have my 76+ yr old mom with me, so they graciously allow us to go get breakfast so she can take her meds while we wait-2nd miracle!! We pull up & go inside. I hand over the keys and 20 minutes in, they have an open space-3rd miracle!!! In 1 hour y’all, we are outta there with a full service on the car and the bill was less than $130! I cannot speak highly enough about Roy especially, and Joe specifically on that day! They made me look better than I ever did, bragging about all these years. This was someone else’s car who was desperate at the very last minute! I was smiling like Jim Carrey on the Mask driving back down 75. I didn’t even care about the traffic delivering the car. Because of the utterly superior service, that entire experience was a raving success!!! After being a customer of Overseas Motor Haus since 2019(?) this review of their consistently stellar service is long overdue. One more review: my BMW was at the BMW house on Lemmon Ave for a month 👎🏾 I had it towed to Overseas & they fixed the issue in a week for literally more than half, less of the price than BMW. FYI: I know @ least one of the mechanics comes from working at BMW. Boom 💥

My 2002 SC430 is not driven much at all but it had a lot of deferred maintenance. Roy and the Overseas team did a thorough assessment, provided pictures, and performed an extensive list repairs. The price was reasonable and the work was complete a day ahead of plan. Overall, it was an excellent experience!
