DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS INDIVIDUAL. He will quote you price and start the work then come back and raise the price. He plays a shell game with your money. He uses your money to go towards someone else car and does not get your vehicle done in a timely manner. He never finished my car and stop communicating with me. I eventually had to sue in in court to get my money back. STAY AWAY!!!!

I definitely would not recommend you take your vehicle here. I paid him $4300 he initially asked for $3500 I provided my own parts. He did $2500 worth of work. This is a backyard mechanic. LAZY work ethic, Vehicle is coverd in overspray, never sanded vehicle, paint run, paint not matching, zip ties, parts coming off ect don't do it!! I could of purchased another vehicle if that was the case. I never received a breakdown of what he purchased or did to get the total of $4300 is crazy. Go to a reputable shop like Payne And Sons Body Shop!! They couldn't believe what this guy did to the vehicle! Ask him for his certificates in Auto Body, Collision and Paint 🤡

First off let me just start off with taking full accountability on my end for not doing my due diligence or reading the reviews before bringing my car to this shop. OK done. Now... to begin: I took my car to Jays Collison a few days ago. I had gone through an automatic car wash and it broke my spoiler (center piece). The car wash retrieved the center piece and gave it back to me. Everything else in regards to the spoiler was still intact on my car. Literally ONLY the center piece broke away from the entire spoiler. I pull up to Jays Collison shop and I speak to a guy named Steve, I explain what had happened with the car wash and all that. I ask him if he is able to fix my spoiler and reattach the center piece. He tells me yes he can fix it, and that it will be $350. I asked him if he would take $300. He said okay. I walk to the ATM which is literally 10 mins away. I come back to the shop and my spoiler is already reattached. I was like WOW he fixed it to make sure it was fixed right in just 20 minutes, so that was alarming to me. I pay him the $300 (like an idiot) and drive off with my car. As soon as I pull out onto the main road and start driving I hear a loud rattling noise coming from the spoiler. Just what I thought, he threw a couple screws in and said "its fixed." I go back Saturday morning and he was not there but a guy was there so he had me pop my trunk and he tightend a couple screws with his power drill. I leave. Still rattling. I go back there Tuesday (gotta work so I went back at the first chance I had). Nobody is there. I call the number that is displayed on the banner outside the gargage. I spoke to Joshua (the son) he tells me they are on their way there now . I left drove to starbucks and then returned. I get there and Steve and Joshua are there. I informed Steve (who did the work, well screwed a few screws back in, not sure I would consider that "work" and definitley NOT for $300) that the spoiler is rattling. He tells me NO its not... I said to him "what did you even do for $300 worth?" He was very defensive and I asked him to take a test ride with me so that he could hear it. So he does... He then tells me that I have a rear strut problem that I need to take it to a mechanic and have it looked at. He told me if I take it to a mechanic and they tell me it is the spoiler then he will give me my money back. I leave there extremely upset because literally as a woman I know first hand that I got taken advantage of. I bring my car to a Toyota Dealership and have the service manager go on a test ride with me. He sat in the front seat and during our test ride had me stop so he could get out and sit in the back seat so he could hear it better. He confirmed that the rattling WAS coming from the spoiler and that I DID NOT have a rear strut problem. I have the paperwork (RO) from Toyota in hand. I leave Toyota and try calling Steve ...no answer. So I drive back to Jays Collision because I wanted to bring the paper to them. Nobody is there. I go back the next day and nobody is there. I called both Steve's phone and the number posted on the banner outside...NOBODY answers. All I am saying is... Yes, I failed to do my due diligence on this body shop but my opinion is that this body shop has no clue what they're doing and they are just out to take your money. AND if you're a female DO NOT go there alone because you will get taken advantage of (money wise). Stay Safe out there y'all.

This guy is AWESOME !!!! I was traveling from Louisiana to Dallas and my bumper came off. I was so upset. I googled this place and instantly gave them a call . From the time he answered the phone he was very nice and assured me that he will be able to assist me the next day. Got up the next day gave him a call and went to the shop. He looked at my car and was able to fix me right up. Literally look like nothing happened to my number. If you need a last minute repair or any repair in general PLEASE don’t hesitate to call Jays collision. Thanks again for the help!

Don’t take your car there. The guy is a crook. I brought several panels from my car to Jay’s collision in early 2024. Josh identified himself as the person in charged, he was very friendly and promised a good job and daily updates once he started the work, which he never did. I paid him half of the estimated cost immediately to procure the paint. He finally painted the parts in the wrong color, even though he had pieces from the original color .Not only the pieces were painted in the wrong color but there were still dents in the fender painted over. Just a hideous unskilled job. I have sent him pictures of the mismatched colors and he said he would get back with me to have it rectified. He has since ignored my many calls and texts to correct the mistake or even to refund me the $1300 I paid to him. I have considered this a loss , but thought the public should be made aware of his business practice. Please know that I am not here to damage anyone’s good reputation, I have always been a supporter of small businesses in my community. This man lacks integrity, I felt I needed to post this review to caution others from this unsavory and dishonest practice.

Terrible paint job. I trusted this guy to paint my bumper. After I washed it the color didn’t even match and now the paint is wearing off. Top scammer

This is a repeat of my post from Zaps Auto which is connected to Jay's Collision. Someone left a box of Jay's Collision business cards in my front seat so I thought I would share the love. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! I would give negative stars if I could. I was lied to multiple times about how long my job would take. The wrong part was ordered multiple times. Im really not sure how that is possible. On top of all of this, my paint job was incomplete (the paint looks like it dried while it was running leaving paint drops) and left in worse shape then I dropped it off in. Not to mention a few missing parts. The cherry on top is that it seems someone at the shop took my car for a ride, smoked a pack of cigarettes in the car (I dont smoke and my car wreaks now, I cant get the smell out.) Mike and his team are incredibly unprofessional and unfortunately I will be seeking legal action after giving him and his team way too many chances to make things right. Again, DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. They will destroy it.
