Sam, Steve, and Wayne are three hard working brothers who run a clean, reasonably priced auto body shop. I am new to the area and read about them on Yelp. The reviews were excellent so I decided to try them out. I am very happy I did and feel I have found my new auto body shop! They performed major work on my car in a timey manner. Sam consistently kept me updated on the progress and I'm thrilled with the end result. This shop goes out of it's way to provide exceptional service!

Sam and his team at Best Choice provided the best experience, by far, I have ever had with a body shop. Sam was honest with us the entire process, never tried to sell us on unnecessary repairs, worked with our schedule, did his best to save us on expenses and most importantly did amazing work on our vehicle. The car looks better than it did when we first purchased it 6 years ago. I can't say enough good things about the experience we had with Best Choice. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest shop that does exceptional work.

I have never been the type of person to write a review but I MUST write one because this is absolutely the best body shop without exaggeration. I decided to give it a shot after looking at the reviews it had and I do not regret it at all. The customer service is great. Steve and Sam mainly took care of my car and they are very knowledgeable helpful. Steve ALWAYS kept me informed about where he was with my car and they left my car absolutely spotless and looking like it came out straight out of the dealership again! They are very fair with their pricing and they tell you EXACTLY what your car needs. Very honest about everything too. I will come to them if I ever need my car fixed again and will definitely recommend them to anybody that ever needs body work done on their car. Truly happy that I found this body shop and with the results. They're the best!

This is wonderful business run by three brothers, very knowledgeable, personable and professional. I had the front bumper of my car and the windshield replaced. They did a great job while being accommodating with our use of the car during the repair period. I found my place for car repair and I am spreading the word. You will not be disappointed.

Steve and his crew did a great job on my car repair and I will be using Choice Auto & Body in the near future for another car that needs repairing. After my insurance company gave me $1500 less than my original estimate, Steve worked with them to get more money to cover the whole repair and I was very happy with the job. The painting on the doors matched perfectly with the rest of the car. They are also very communicative throughout the whole repair. Highly recommend using Choice Auto & Body Repair.

We will always bring our vehicles to Best Choice Auto and Body. I- a younger appearing female- was quoted 3k for work at another auto shop after bringing the family car in for a simple alignment, but we brought our vehicle here for a second opinion because of the trust established, and they were able to let us know that we didn’t need the additional work after all. Everything was fixed for well under what was quoted to us by the other shop. It goes to show they value true customer service and honesty, which is invaluable these days. Highly, highly recommend!!!!

This place is amazing. They inspect the car thoroughly then show you on the computer what is required and you can see the price right there. The parts needed to be ordered and were there in 2 days. They even made my car safe in the meantime. Sam and his team are fantastic. Hopefully I won't need their services again but if I do, I'm straight there.

There are simply not enough words to express my gratitude for the help I recently received from Steve of Best Choice Auto & Body navigating the insurance system and the repair process. My 2008 Lexus RX 350 was deemed a “Total Loss” for a minor one-car accident with a fence. Through Steve’s guidance in the process, the decision was reversed to “Repairable.” The problems didn’t stop there. My car was also mistakenly taken from the tow yard to an auction house instead of Best Choice during the recent ice storm. Steve was immensely helpful in the recovery of my car, and for advocating for the correct car parts (not used ones) being used in the repairs. Steve’s brother Wayne even adjusted my sway bar that was knocked out of alignment from all the excessive towing. My car is now restored to an even better version of its former self. Steve’s expertise in all cars and knowledge of the innerworkings of all insurance companies and working with adjusters was invaluable. His body work was also impeccable…my car sparkled like a new car. Steve and his business partners/brothers - Wayne and Sam - are the most honest, straight-forward people I have dealt with regarding car repairs. If you are looking for a trustworthy place with high ethical standards that produces quality work, I highly recommend Best Choice Auto & Body!

I only have good things to say. It is a real pleasure to go there. The owners are very knowledgeable and care for you as customer. They fixed my car for about $200 where the official dealership tried to steal my money by offering $5000 for the same issue, explaining me I needed to change an expensive part. Best Choice simply adjusted the voltage without the need to change the part. They were upfront and honest throughout the entire process. It is hard to find trustworthy people in this line of business so when you find great ones you keep them. I was recommended to them by my wife because they were the only one being honest with her and doing a great job when she was just a single woman. My car went through both painting and mechanical job at their place. Amazing results on both jobs

This is the best auto shop ever! My whole family, including my mom, use them for all kinds of car repair work. They've always been professional, efficient and friendly. Sam is especially helpful! Recently, I brought my car to them because the driver-side door wouldn't open from the outside. They took the door down, opened it up, and fixed the problem then put it back on. It only took a couple of hours, and they didn't even charge me for it because I'm a good customer. I'm beyond impressed!

I could not be more pleased with my experience at Best Choice Auto Body. I was treated with respect and communicated with very well. I was very concerned about where to take my limited edition Mustang. But the gentlemen here did an excellent job.The quality was top notch and I could not really ask for more. The employees were kind and professional. At my request, the shop used all OEM parts and managed to talk some of the parts prices down with the dealer. Saving me money and not sacrificing any quality. I HIGHLY recommend them for your auto body and collision needs.

Best Choice Auto & Body truly lives up to their name. I came in with a strange and inconsistent clicking and bumping sound sometimes when the car accelerated. This started right after a maintenance service at a Honda dealership, where I had an oil change, tire rotation, and brake fluid flush. When I returned to the dealership the next day, a technician acknowledged that he heard the sound but claimed the issue wasn’t related to anything they had done. Over time, the problem got worse. Wayne at Best Choice took the time to thoroughly inspect the suspension and finally diagnosed the issue: all the wheel lugs were loose. I strongly believe this was caused by the tire rotation done during the dealer's service. Once Wayne fixed the problem, the strange noise disappeared completely. If left unchecked, this could have become a very dangerous situation—a loose tire can easily lead to a serious accident. They didn’t just fix my car—they may have saved my life. You can tell this team genuinely cares about their work and their customers. On behalf of my family, I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Wayne and the entire team at Best Choice Auto & Body.

Steve is so honest and highly competent. He under promises and over delivers. He treats your money like it's his own, trying to keep me from doing repairs I didn't quite need yet. He could have totally jacked up the price and I wouldn't have known any difference. It's really rare to find an honest mechanic that won't take advantage of you, especially of women. And I heard him arguing for 20 minutes on the phone with an insurance adjuster who was trying to deny a claim unfairly, until he finally relented. He goes above and beyond. I tried him because of the 4.8 review average he got. I have a new mechanic! Highly recommend.

After "The Great Hailstorm of 2012™", I was referred to them for body work and window repair/replacement. Their work is high quality, their prices are fair and reasonable, and now I never want to go to another mechanic. People say you have to find a good mechanic, one that does good work and one you can trust. The brothers who run Best Choice is Those Guys. I bring my car here for every, even oil changes, and I don't want anyone else touching my car.
