I can’t say enough good things about MMM & specifically Ricardo. I had taken my car to two other shops for a tricky coolant leak, and for an entire week, I was left without answers as they both failed to find the cause. But Ricardo listened closely to what I was experiencing and had the issue diagnosed within hours. He was methodical and kind and I have a much better understanding of my car because of him. Even after the repair, when I messaged him with some lingering concerns, he came back the very next day to double-check everything. His communication is exceptional. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and capable technician, Ricardo is the one! I'll be coming to MMM for all of my car's concerns and I wish them nothing but the best.

The diagnostic fee was a bit high for my liking but I was assured that the service was worth it and they did not lie one bit!!! I would pay it twice for the service I received!!! Ricardo came out and spent time diagnosing and working out my issues all while explaining it all to me as he went. The kicker though, is when the problem resurfaced the next morning, Ricardo came back out and did some more work. I won't say what it cost me but I was happy with it and best of all the second time around did the trick and now I'm back on the road! Great service from a knowledgeable mechanic has earned Triple M a repeat customer!

My family and I were vacationing in Texas when our car broke down. It was 7pm at night when we called MMM to help us. The maintenance guy, Ricardo, arrived within 30 minutes to assist us. For me personally, this was a waste of time and money. The person came to my apartment looked at my car for like 30 to 40 minutes. However, he could not provide a fix. He recommended that I go to the Volkswagen dealership. He also recommended a few other things that were not related to my issue. When I got to the Volkswagen dealership, the issue was something totally different than what he told me. I took off of work and paid $150 for a diagnostics that was a rudimentary.

Communication is easy, and they always show up when they say they will, keeping in touch throughout the process so you always know how things are going. I had just done work on my car earlier in the week (late January) and drove up to Dallas with my wife for the weekend, without putting my tools back in the trunk. The car was making some sus noises when we got to the hotel but didn’t have my jack to check it out. Called them up and Ricardo came out to check out the car in close to freezing weather. Very down to earth and super helpful, adjusted my dust shield which we figured out was the reason for all the noise. Saved me that weekend and would definitely recommend them to any of my friends that have car trouble in the Dallas area.
