Bought my tires at Walmart with a maintenance agreement. Tires were smooth and quiet but the last three times I've been back for the maintenance balance and rotate. Why is it that Walmart cannot balance a tire? I suggest if you buy tires buy them somewhere where they have quality technicians. It's gotten where I don't even care about going back to try to get something done right. If anybody out there knows it Walmart that got reputable technician. Let me know

First, I called this location twice and my call was disconnected both times. I then just decided to go and get a simple tire rotation that went fine. I was keeping an eye on my vehicle thru the waiting room windows and saw an employee drive my car out of the garage to a parking space. As she drove it out, I watched her drive circles around the parking lot rather quickly. I definitely don't appreciate them treating my car like that, especially in plain view. I'll be going to the Park St location for any more services.

While the staff is normally helpful, there are more times than I'd prefer where they shouldn't be in customer service; cold, annoyed demeanor, bad communication skills, and/or un-empathetic. Additionally the last few times I've had problems with the service. After getting two tires replaced the tire pressure sensor light remained on in the dash. At first the staff gave me every excuse as to why it wouldn't turn off and then finally found that it was documented when I brought the car in, proceeding to proudly talk to each other about it while I was standing right there, instead of addressing me directly. When I inquired, they showed me the documentation as if to shut me up, but I said the fact that the tire pressure sensor light was on was the reason I came to have the tires replaced. They then tell me that it could be the other set of tires so they won't do anything about it; even though I only asked if they checked the tire pressure sensors when they installed the new tires. Recently, I got a nail in one of those tires and when I took it in I'm told that the tire on my car doesn't match the tire they show on the paperwork from my visit, so they won't fix it eventhough I bought coverage. The curious thing is they told the person ahead of me in line the exact same thing. I'm instructed to go to the Walmart where I bought the tires and luckily they admit that the person who did the job entered the wrong tire and they proceed to replace it. So beware and try to check the invoice to make sure they sold you the correct tires, and that the numbers match. I probably won't go here for tire service again, if I can help it.

This department was understaffed, and told me about 1pm in the afternoon to go somewhere else for an oil change. There was 1 technician, and he was going to lunch. He had a line of cars waiting to be serviced. I was appreciative for the honesty, but I can't help but be concerned for this young man's safety. I shouldn't need to tell Walmart that an accident due to staffing issues will always cost much more in $ and reputation. I'm sure someone called in sick, another on vacation, and another just quit, so going forward I would overstaff that department with above avg employees. This isn't an area you want below avg people working on someone's car. It wouldn't be long before a serious accident happened to a vehicle or themselves. I understand there are probably payroll concerns, so they obviously need to increase sales. The fastest way to do this is to keep the customers you already have, and not send them to a competitor. A well staffed dept will be able to process more cars per day and a reputation for speedy service will keep loyal customers while continuously growing the customer base. Nobody wants to be without their vehicle for more than a few minutes so speed and accuracy are key. During down times, a technician could walk the sales floor and remind customers that there is an automotive center neatly tucked away in the back corner. Another idea for down time would be to have a technician at the gas pumps doing free tire tread inspections, wiper blades, headlight/taillight bulb checks, etc, etc. The technicians will probably have many more ideas to grow sales, especially when there is enough help to get the job done. Dept morale will go up, sales and profit will increase, and customer service would get a much needed nudge. I hope to see what changes are made when my next oil change is due.

Went in for an oil change on 8/5 @ 3:15. (They close at 7) Was turned away by the cashier on duty who informed “no more service today”. When I asked why, he became rude and then I informed him I would call Walmart corporate about his attitude. He snapped and shouted at me to go away. I went in and spoke to the store management there to report him. I will not be coming back.

Marsh/ Frankford Walmart Automotive was an impressive experience, there is an actual Associate that acknowledges you, doesn't ignore you and have been soooo pleasant. I have been to 4 different Walmart Automotive centers in this area and this has been my best experience. Won't say more about the others other than seriously lacking in good customer service consistently.

This location is great! They did a thorough inspection of my car when I go in for an oil change and coolant flush, theylet me know bad sensors and items to fix. Adan was great, helped setup all the stuff and explained the issues to me, they even filled up the window washing fluid for me! Awesome place!

I will explain why I do not recommend this place. this place was once good, there were excellent staff. but in the last few months the quality has dropped to an unacceptable level. i went to change the oil in my car 50 days ago and there was simply no staff, i waited about 3 hours and was told to leave because there was no one there to do the service. but I went back there today 04/25 in the morning. were open but the customers' front door was locked and no one was working in the workshop. i waited for 20 minutes and then i called and asked to open the door for me to enter and they ignored me completely. so when I managed to access the service area I asked if there were employees working at that moment because I needed to change the oil. I just asked because last time there was no one qualified to do this. but when I asked this question, the 2 employees who were in the place started laughing because of my accent because I was born in another country. It was a ridiculous and embarrassing scene. I was trying to get information and they laughed and treated me stupidly and rudely. I don't know if people don't like working there, but that's not how you treat a customer. I was giving preference and paying for the service of this place, the least there should be is politeness and kindness to the customer. I really liked this Walmart but I will never go back there.

Incompetent, arrived at 650am and waited until 720 before leaving. Apparently the posted hours are a suggestion

Nice fellow. Concerning my tires, he took 20 minutes to say, they do not have my tire size. Sent me to another city, that Walmart said, no one called them and they do not have my size. In the morning, my car was completely deflated. They did not honor the warranty that I paid for. I made a complaint to management that is how it got resolved.

I actually had a wonderful experience at this car center. The woman at the desk was very friendly and helpful. And the gentleman that changed my tire actually put up the jack and everything that belongs under the mat in my trunk. Unfortunately I had had my about 2 weeks prior to that and the only thing that was close was a pretty expensive tire shop. Yeah that guy didn't bother to put any of my stuff up. Thanks Walmart

Will never come back at this place again. May God help me never have to come back here again. The mechanic took the car and told me to wait in the waiting area. And before I realized it was almost 1.5 hours and they told me my order was never created and system is down. No communication and mechanics have their own way apparently with no existing protocol. It took me more than 3 hours for a nail fix ( was not told to get an appointment and was told it’s “not gonna take long” and I was number second of the queue). I never had such a bad experience for my car service anywhere ever. The one star given is for the older front desk guy who atleast tried to follow up on the order. Ruined my whole day and my mind here.

I booked an appointment in advance for an oil change just to show up and for them to tell me they didn’t have my oil filter and couldn’t do an oil change.

Don't order tires online for install at this store. bottom line. morning of appt got message that appt for install was cancelled. tried calling no answer. husband went up. couldn't find the tires. found tires. internet order manager said entire order cancelled. call customer service. if he wanted the tires today he would have to pay for them again. 800 walmart customer service said the only things cancelled were installation lines. got a tracking number from chat bot and fedex delivered tires 2 days before. bottom line: they got the tires and no one went to the order and check off that they received the tires. set of 4 tires sitting around 2 days and no one bothered to figure out what order they went to. THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THE WERE THE INSTALL GUYS WHO GOT THE TIRES INSTALLED IN 45 MINUTES.

Incompetent staff. That includes everyone from Kevin ( department leader) to the people that check your car in. When I arrived at the location, there were literally no cars in line for a tire change. I was told by the receptionist that the service will only take one hour to be completed. 50 minutes into the service and I see them move my car from the stall that they originally told me to park my car in. After waiting over an hour since I checked in my car, I finally decide to talk with the manager to find out why was my car moved? And then there's another car in that same stall, and they hadn't even started working on that car. Kevin, who is the on site?Team leader says that they had to make an appointment the priority. I wish I could give this place Zero stars.

I ended up coming here for a headlight restoration on Sunday afternoon. The employee was quick to check to see if they had the required items for the restoration and to let me know that after the process that it could not come in contact with water for 48 hours. I was appreciative of the warning. When I asked how long the service would take, he indicated that it would take about a hour to get to my car and an additional hour to restore the headlights. The process was quick in terms of bringing my car over to the suitable garage and getting to my car. They were able to get the car into the garage in less than a hour and also finish up on my car in a hour. All of the employees I interacted with here were polite and helpful. The waiting area is also comfortable with four comfortable couches, and there is public Walmart wifi available for those who need to work or do anything while waiting for their cars. They also have a drink machine nearby if you get thirsty.

Wow! The techs and the front office for the car service were just the best kind of people. I had had a new battery and an oil change. They are very knowledgeable and that put my mind at ease.

I arrived five minutes before the scheduled opening time. At 7:10, I was greeted and asked what service I needed. I requested a tire change. I was then informed that, due to having only two staff members available, I would need to return later. Please note, I was the only customer present at the time. I chose to leave and have the service completed elsewhere.
