When I made the appointment and told Jared the problem he explained what they would do and approximate cost. When I arrived everyone was friendly and welcoming. Jared checked me in and explained exactly what would be done. Waited for my car and free coffee, water and drinks were available. Car was ready a short time later. The bill was what they said it would be. Was referred by three different people who said they were trustworthy, reliable and honest which proved to be true. Very positive experience, relief to know I have a place to take my car with people I can trust and will certainly go back.

Jacob and the team at Baker Automotive were amazing! I initially thought I needed a new transmission, but after some trial and error, they were able to find the root cause of my issues. They went above and beyond to rebuild a part instead of having to order it, which saved me $1500. I truly felt like they cared about making sure they provided good, honest service without trying to profit off of me. I don't see myself using anyone else for any service needs in the future.

Bad experience. Not one person greeted me when I walked in. ALL techs were sitting at the counter, bays empty. After a $155 analysis, they left my system cap off and I had to return. Their quotes were much higher than competitors. Stay away.

We had a headlight lamp replaced, which was much, much lower cost than at the dealership & the illumination of the bulb was much better than the old one when it was working. When we picked up the car, we found that it wouldn't start because the 9-year old battery failed. Baker's replaced it immediately at a very reasonable price.

BSVA caused an oil leak on my car during a routine oil change due to the incorrect installation of a gasket. While I understand accidents happen, messing up an oil change prompts plenty of questions about other vehicle work that is more complicated or has safety implications. On the plus side, they took full responsibility, paid for everything (including my rideshares and the quart of oil I used to limp my car back to the shop), and were kind and apologetic about it. All of the employees are kind and professional and the prices are reasonable.

Prompt and expert quality service! Highly recommended for tires and brake repair. Got my truck in and out within 15 mins flat and under $15 for tire patch. Not even the Walmart wannabe’s could beat that! Walmart installed truck tires last month, caught a couple nails nowhere near the sidewall, but the “tech” said Walmart policy prevented them from repairing because of a rusted wheel stud, even though we had warranty on the tires. 🤦🏻♂️ Don’t waste your time, get it done fast and right the first go-round with Baker’s! 🙌 ⭐️

Excellent team of mechanics and service agents with great customer service. These guys go out of their way to be helpful. I speak from Personal experience with multiple oil changes and minor issues over she past two years. And yesterday, a full brake service: pads and rotors for every wheel with a brake line flush. Excellent work, finished in the projected time and I was comfortable the entire time in the waiting room with its high table computer workstation bar with individual outlets and Coffee. These guys continue to go the extra mile every time I’ve needed to stop in. Baker’s is what a great company should be like. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Needed my rebuilt AC checked out and charged. I don't live in the area and found Bakers and based on other reviews chose them. They clearly had the expertise, equipment and experience to do the job right and efficiently. Now I have ice cold AC on my 25 yo Saab and am driving in comfort. All this at an affordable price. Can't ask for more than that.
