I booked an appointment for a Sunday. I changed my plans to accommodate their five hour window for service. I received a call almost half way through that time window saying they are short on technicians and are cancelling. In a follow up text they said that they don’t have many techs working on Sunday. Then why waste my time? Totally unprofessional. They also would not send me the contact information for a manager to speak to. Sketchy and unprofessional.

First time using Nubrakes and it was a great experience! Dustin was very cool, honest, and worked fast on getting my brakes and rotors replaced. Thought they were handing out discounts for all the 5 star reviews I read. They aren’t. Just an all around good experience with Nubrakes technician Micheal. Extremely honest professional and knowledgeable. Could’ve easily up sold me or at least tried. No bs. Told me what I needed and the affordable estimate was what I paid. This is the WAY TO GO! Turns out the brakes were all good and nothing needed to be done. My battery had a bad cell so they replaced my battery. So convenient to have them come to you. Eddie the technician was excellent so nice and friendly. Did a great job the price was very reasonable.
