When skeptical about who repairs the beauty of your car, not wanting subpar work, taking forever to return your car but quick to take your money...this is not the place. First impressions was a clean and modern office/reception area and caring receptionist, I felt reassured. He gave me a quote, held to that quote, gave me a timeframe, held to that timeframe and waited for me to get off work after hours to allow me to pick up my car as promised. No one wants bumps and bruises to their vehicle, but he's got me and my family as a "forever" customer. Thank you Joe!!!

I have to say, that my experience with Legacy Auto Collision was best. I want to thank , Joe Cisneros for going that extra mile. As a single woman, I don't place a lot of trust in sell people. Joe went way beyond the normal. I search for rental car, none was available. I had to be at work the follow day @ 5am. Joe was able to provide me a ride to work, I was crying inside for that act of kindness. I want to mention, even though Joe and his family at Legacy suffered a great loss. His customer service never wavered. I was informed with full detail and the best options for the service of my car. I received my car as promise. Now I'm back for some cosmetic work to said car, I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else, but Legacy. Thank you Legacy for a great job. I'm sure I will be happy with the finish work to my car. Joe, Martha, and the whole family are amazing! They fixed the extensive damage to my car so quickly, even with the supply chain issues everyone is having. Joe even took me to pick up my rental car! The shop stayed in constant contact with me so I had no surprises with the timeline on my repairs. Having just moved to this side of town a few years ago, I'm so happy to have a reliable and adorable shop to take my car to. Definitely going there again if I'm in need of repairs!!
