I had a great first experience at Integrity 1st Auto’s Belmont location! Lane and the rest of the team took my car in promptly for my appointment and finished within the timeframe they had given me. They went above and beyond answering a few questions I had about my vehicle, and Lane also helped recommend several places aside from the DMV that process vehicle registrations. In my life, I’ve never once voluntarily wanted to visit an auto repair shop. I’m a girl, I don’t know anything about cars, and frankly it’s all really overwhelming. I’m always afraid of getting screwed over simply because I don’t know any better. So when I was having problems with my front bumper, I was genuinely concerned about what they were going to charge me, and because I don’t have a great knowledge base of car mechanics, I would likely pay whatever they asked. But Lane and Don were incredible. I made an appointment, we got to talking, and everything was so easy. What I expected to be some giant repair with delayed parts and needing to sell a kidney to pay for it, was actually… incredibly uneventful. I can’t thank them both enough for their kindness and genuine desire to just be good in the world. I’m so grateful I’ve found these two gentlemen, and I’ll absolutely be back for (hopefully routine) work.

I’m blown away about this place , first I needed someone to do a multi point inspection to the car I just bought ( ford edge) ford told me $200 . I called 1st integrity and they say just bring the car we look at it , no charge ( what? ) from this moment in I decided that they will take care of my car. Next day I took the car for a filter change and a break flush , one hour and done , very affordable. Thank you all. This place feel so honnest. 🙏

Customer service and quality of work is amazing! After an incident from a driver I had to get repair work done and they did amazing! Didn’t realize the damage done until they got in there and they fixed it like I drove off the car lot! Perfect color , detail and craftsmanship! They even added air to my tires which I appreciate it! We traveled from Tulsa, OK to Dallas, TX, to look at KIA Niro hybrid car. I found Integrity 1st Auto through a Google search. They had great reviews, so we made an appointment so they could perform a pre purchase complete check on the potential vehicle. The whole appointment took about 2 hours. Reese was very friendly, and the tech that did the review was super thorough. I got a complete breakdown of EVERYTHING about the car. I was able to buy it with 100% confidence based on their inspection. I wish they had a location in Tulsa because I would make them my preferred auto shop. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. We brought our BMW to Integrity 1st Automotive on Belmont in Lakewood because it was idling rough and showing drivetrain malfunction warnings after rodents had chewed some wiring (which had already been professionally repaired before we arrived). After dropping the car off, communication was very slow and we had to repeatedly call for updates. After a few days, we were told the vehicle needed spark plugs, an ignition coil, and an induction service. When that didn’t fix the issue, we were told to replace the turbocharger boost sensor, then the mass air flow sensor. After spending $1,409, the car was still doing the exact same thing as when we brought it in. Near the end of the process, the shop found a hole in the intake tubing and wanted to charge $600 to repair it. While they did agree to split that cost, it added to our frustration because it felt like the real problem was never clearly diagnosed from the start. We were even told to “drive it through the weekend and see if it works,” which did not inspire confidence. To make matters worse, when we picked the car up we discovered the windshield washer tubing had been broken off, something that worked fine before the visit. We also noticed new rattling/chattering noises under the hood as if it wasn’t properly put back together. At this point, we are left with an unreliable vehicle, a large bill, and the original problem unresolved. This experience did not reflect the level of integrity the company name promises, and we felt frustrated and taken advantage of throughout the process. I hope management will take this feedback seriously and improve diagnostic practices, communication, and quality control so other customers don’t have the same experience we did. Lastly, I received an email from the Vice President, Andrew Wheeler, checking in a week after we got our car back. Basically checking in to see how the car was running. I wrote him back a lengthy email listing all that had happened and asking for them to make it right. I never heard back. I also called and left a message. Never heard back. Think twice before taking your car to Integrity 1st in Lakewood.

Big thank you to everyone at Integrity - Marco, Matt, Lane & Reese. I showed up at 4 o’clock on a Friday afternoon with a rear light out. I was literally in and out in 10 minutes. Everyone was so nice and professional. I have a 2004 Honda CRV and about a year ago they also did a wonderful job getting my car in good running order. It’s got nearly 200,000 miles on it and still going strong. I’m lucky enough to have this shop two blocks from my house and will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you!

I had a great 1st and 2nd experience here. I got one of my vehicles serviced for an oil change and tire rotation a couple months ago. I didn’t realize they offered a very convenient Lyft they got me would be to get back. I’ll admit my oil filter leaked a very small amount, which while not ideal was something that was minor and they fixed immediately. Because some leaked on my driveway, they also offered to get someone out to pressure wash my driveway to make sure it was clean, which was an excellent offer. So now I have took my other vehicle as well and have had an excellent experience again. I plan to go back soon and continue using them. Their online service, clarity of pricing, ease of scheduling, and transport are very helpful. I recommend.
