★★★★★ This review is specifically for new Dallasites. Eventually you’ll need a state inspection for your vehicle. And likely even service on an older model. Well, I’m saving you the research and telling you that this is your Downtown service station. John and Alan (GM and Service manager) are straight shooter that have your back. Say hello when you arrive. My inspection was well explained (fee wise) and took about 20 minutes start to finish with no appointment and a few phone calls that the station needed to answer in the middle.

★☆☆☆☆ If I could leave 0 stars I would, they false advertise state inspections. I showed up, no one is there to help, I go to the office where three mechanics are sitting, chatting, and first thing they say is “what do you want”. I asked for a state inspection (which again, they state they do and have a huge sign for it) just to tell me that I have to leave my car for “couple of hours” because they will take it to another place as they don’t have the machine for it… so basically two things: 1. False advertising (no state inspections) 2. Bad attitude.
