Do not go here if they tell you diagnostic is free! It’s not free and they will tell you it is. Found someone down the street that will make the fix I need for 50% less. I paid the $80 diagnostic fee since it’s still cheaper but they are fraudulently telling customers they don’t have a diagnostic fee. Terrible service and pricing. Would definitely would not recommend using them.

Hercules is always fairly priced and honest to me. They are my go to local shop for the in-ground alignment racks for lowered cars. Also had quick exhaust work multiple times without issue.

Had to edit this review from 5 stars to 2 because the company was sold and the new owners have no idea what made it so popular to begin with. They are rude, give short answers, and seem to dislike speaking with customers. I sent my partner to try just in case it was me, and they ignored him, too. I asked about several issues that they straight up refused to even look at. When I mentioned that I've had the exact same problem repaired here previously, they thought that was just a dumb business model and a waste of time, which is how I learned about the ownership change. If you buy a strong business, don't blow off the customers that come with it. The real issue though is that they don't actually know how to repair anything - they just recommend replacing the whole damn part/system in question. This happened to us 3 times before we figured out that the owner everyone knew and loved was gone. Extra crappy in contrast to my past review from 4 years ago: Honest mechanics with decent prices and amazingly fast turn around times. These guys are direct and courteous, cool with customers who purchase their own parts, and happy to finish off a project if you get in over your head (not that I've ever done that 😂). If you're tired of leaving your car somewhere for days, or having someone replacing instead of fixing, these guys are a solid go to.

They took their time to ensure precise work was involved with cutting and welding the exhaust system. $200 is all they charged me and they got it done in under an hour!!!! Backed into a curb and hit the exhaust pipe lightly, knocking the resonator loose in the middle of the exhaust line. Made the car very loud. Easy fix. Was a $30 weld, and took 15 or 20 minutes. Easy communication; all the guys were friendly.

Someone attempted to steal my catalytic converter and left me with a slit on the top end before the cats. I came here to have that welded and install a complete catback exhaust. I got to the shop around 3/330 and the only mechanic that could help me had just gone to lunch. I was told that unless I left my truck, there was a possibility that I'd be skipped in line. So I left it and told the guy there I'd be walking to get something to eat around the corner. He didn't ask for my number and I completely forgot. I came back maybe 45min later and my truck was lifted and everyone was back. The only reason I gave 3/5 stars is the pricing and how the service was conducted. I was quoted $120 for the welds(one cut), and it was explained that this was because the location of the cut required them to unbolt & drop the cats, weld them, then put them back... because the gun could not reach the spot just behind the wheels. OK. That's fine... Your shop, your price. I watched them weld the pipes and not once did they unbolt and drop the pipes. The truck was lifted and he welded the pipe from under. I was quoted $250 to install the exhaust, which I thought was outrageous but I wanted to get this installed today. So far so good and as I watched them install the exhaust they did a good job. The exhaust sounds great. Total $394 CAT Weld - $120 Borla CatBack Exhaust install - $250 Once they started working it took them about 30-45min, which was great.

I took my car for an exhaust rehanging since the welds broke they inspected it told me what I needed done didn't push any extras on me and fixed it for the price I was quoted all within 30 minutes and I was on my way. I highly recommend their services .
