I took my bmw x6 to European for a vibration issue that after over 4 months of having my car they ultimately couldn't figure out. Charged me thousands of dollars for maintenance work. The car was driving exactly the same when I left them. I take my x6 to autobahn bmw and they find the issue in 2days and some parts they believe were glued on by the previous shop. I'm not saying it was European but they had my car for months and never said anything about any glued on parts. Which says a few things without saying anything.... Didn't they even touch my car? And how did the dealership find all of that in days when European had it for months? Definitely not taking my car back to European service center and telling anyone who will listen to do th same. And in the end when I compared my receipts the dealership was actually cheaper with a 2 year warranty on all their work! Yes the friggin dealership. I've decided if repairs are gonna cost me thousands I may as well get it right the first time. Plus when your dealing with the manufacturer there's no need for your mechanic to say they "need to contact the manufacturer" for anything! Wow I just wrote a review that was pro dealership....... now I've done it all lol. European was that bad. I'm sure they'll respond about the minor maint issues I didn't ok them to fix but after 6 months I gave up on you guys. Not weeks but months...no excuse And now they say my car was never there.... which leads me to believe they did glue parts on my car. why? I don't know. All I know is they had it for months charged me up and didn't fix anything. I wish I did have a good experience with them but no such luck. And how do you know if my car was never there without any info? Because my name isn't Malcolm that's just a online handle. Wow trying to distance yourselves? It's ok ill keep informing people wether its online or by mouth.

The staff here are friendly and accommodating. They were able to diagnose my car’s issue the same day, which I appreciated (standard diagnostic fee was $150). That said, their services tend to be on the pricier side for both parts and labor. For example, one issue involved replacing the throttle body in a Volkswagen Passat. They quoted me about 50-75% more than what I found for the same OEM part online. They explained that their supplier sets the prices and they don’t have control over it, which I understand. They also don’t allow customers to bring in their own parts due to warranty concerns. While that policy is reasonable, it’s something to keep in mind if you’re hoping to save money by sourcing your own parts. Labor costs were also high. For reference they quoted about $350 to install the throttle body. I ended up doing it myself in about 45 minutes after watching a 10 minute YouTube video, so their price per hour seems on the higher side. Lastly, while completing the repair, I noticed that two screws in the engine bay were missing. I’m not sure if they were missing before I brought the car in, but I thought it was worth mentioning. Overall, this seems like a trustworthy shop that gets the job done quickly, but be prepared to pay a premium for convenience and in-house parts.

A huge thank you to Tony for making this the easiest oil top off for my Audi Q8 that I’ve ever seen. Kind, courteous and professional. That’s what makes these European centers the only way to go. If you go to Audi Dallas or another dealership instead of this place you definitely deserve what they’ll do to you. They prey on taking advantage of your lack of knowledge. This place WILL take care of you regardless of your knowledge. Do not trust dealerships to do your service. Trust this place. You’re welcome.
