I took my bmw x6 to European for a vibration issue that after over 4 months of having my car they ultimately couldn't figure out. Charged me thousands of dollars for maintenance work. The car was driving exactly the same when I left them. I take my x6 to autobahn bmw and they find the issue in 2days and some parts they believe were glued on by the previous shop. I'm not saying it was European but they had my car for months and never said anything about any glued on parts. Which says a few things without saying anything.... Didn't they even touch my car? And how did the dealership find all of that in days when European had it for months? Definitely not taking my car back to European service center and telling anyone who will listen to do th same. And in the end when I compared my receipts the dealership was actually cheaper with a 2 year warranty on all their work! Yes the friggin dealership. I've decided if repairs are gonna cost me thousands I may as well get it right the first time. Plus when your dealing with the manufacturer there's no need for your mechanic to say they "need to contact the manufacturer" for anything! Wow I just wrote a review that was pro dealership....... now I've done it all lol. European was that bad. I'm sure they'll respond about the minor maint issues I didn't ok them to fix but after 6 months I gave up on you guys. Not weeks but months...no excuse And now they say my car was never there.... which leads me to believe they did glue parts on my car. why? I don't know. All I know is they had it for months charged me up and didn't fix anything. I wish I did have a good experience with them but no such luck. And how do you know if my car was never there without any info? Because my name isn't Malcolm that's just a online handle. Wow trying to distance yourselves? It's ok ill keep informing people wether its online or by mouth.

The staff here are friendly and accommodating. They were able to diagnose my car’s issue the same day, which I appreciated (standard diagnostic fee was $150). That said, their services tend to be on the pricier side for both parts and labor. For example, one issue involved replacing the throttle body in a Volkswagen Passat. They quoted me about 50-75% more than what I found for the same OEM part online. They explained that their supplier sets the prices and they don’t have control over it, which I understand. They also don’t allow customers to bring in their own parts due to warranty concerns. While that policy is reasonable, it’s something to keep in mind if you’re hoping to save money by sourcing your own parts. Labor costs were also high. For reference they quoted about $350 to install the throttle body. I ended up doing it myself in about 45 minutes after watching a 10 minute YouTube video, so their price per hour seems on the higher side. Lastly, while completing the repair, I noticed that two screws in the engine bay were missing. I’m not sure if they were missing before I brought the car in, but I thought it was worth mentioning. Overall, this seems like a trustworthy shop that gets the job done quickly, but be prepared to pay a premium for convenience and in-house parts.

A huge thank you to Tony for making this the easiest oil top off for my Audi Q8 that I’ve ever seen. Kind, courteous and professional. That’s what makes these European centers the only way to go. If you go to Audi Dallas or another dealership instead of this place you definitely deserve what they’ll do to you. They prey on taking advantage of your lack of knowledge. This place WILL take care of you regardless of your knowledge. Do not trust dealerships to do your service. Trust this place. You’re welcome.

I had an incredible experience with European Service Center. From start to finish, their team went above and beyond to make sure my car was not only repaired, but repaired correctly. Even after my warranty company refused to cover some of the lingering issues following the initial claim, ESC didn’t just stop there. They took it upon themselves to ensure everything was done right before handing the car back to me. Their communication was solid throughout the process—they kept me in the loop, offered helpful feedback, and truly made me feel like my car was in the hands of people who care. They earned my trust, and moving forward, I’ll absolutely continue to work with them. If you’re looking for a place that stands behind their work and treats you like more than just another customer, this is it.

Highly recommended. I needed a independent PPI inspection done on a Porsche I was considering buying from a nearby dealership. Tony and his team made the process easy, texted a full report and had a very competitive price for the inspection.

New customer of theirs. Just took my Maserati Ghibli '21 in for a full brake job (rotors, pads, fluid flush). They had the best prices in the metroplex and got the job done in a timely manner.

This is where I take my cars for stuff I can't do myself. Ryan and the new manager are great. I don't feel like they are selling me service. They do what's needed and keep a quality eye on items that need to be watched. Owning a Audi is not cheap but they make swallowing the service cost and trust factor more than tolerable. Great shop!

I had an excellent experience at European Auto Service! My Jaguar was having issues, and when I took it to the dealership, they tried to upsell me on unnecessary repairs and costs. Thankfully, I decided to get a second opinion here. The team at European Auto Service quickly identified the real problem, fixed it efficiently, and saved me a lot of money compared to what the dealership quoted. Everyone was professional, honest, and knowledgeable. I really appreciate their transparency and the quality of their work. My Jaguar is running perfectly now, and I’ll definitely be coming back for future service. Highly recommend to anyone looking for trustworthy car care in Dallas!

I brought my vehicle to this shop for a routine oil change and a diagnostic related to a suspected spark plug issue. There were no warning lights or overheating concerns, I’m just familiar with how my car normally drives. During the diagnostic, the technician broke the cylinder head while attempting to remove a spark plug that had been installed by this same shop approximately 2 years and 7 months earlier. This damage rendered my vehicle completely undrivable and they quoted over $5,500 to fix it. I was forced to tow the car to another Audi specialist, who disagreed with the explanations and justifications provided by European Service Center. The second shop also offered professional insight into how this damage likely occurred and how it could have been prevented, including concerns about the original installation performed by European Service Center. I spoke with the service manager, Travis, about a week ago in an effort to reach an amicable resolution. He stated that the issue would be escalated to the district manager, but I have not received any follow-up. At this point, I am pursuing further action due to the lack of response and resolution.

They quoted a price at the lower end to do a VAQ differential service on my GTI and were able to get it in and out quickly. They answered my questions about how they'd do it and what fluid they'd use. They have a nice waiting area with WiFi.

Everyone Extremely friendly and helpful! What kept it from a five star was no contact on timing of parts required for oil change. Was willing to come back another day. Did they do a great job, yes. Will I go back yes, just require more communication on how long it will take.

Tried European Service Center for the first time & will not be going back. I went in for a simple oil change and had to come back twice after the initial appointment to have a an error on their end fixed. If you have a Porsche, I would recommend other shops in the area which have similar pricing. Their level of customer service seemed lacking with little acknowledgement of my issue.

I took my car in because I noticed a leak. They determined that the power steering pump was leaking, so I had them replace it. My car had about 6 days remaining before Service C would be due. I was told that Service C had been performed on my car, which was totally untrue. I had Service C performed a couple of days later by my mechanic in Louisiana. I had to return to European Service Center a couple of days after returning from New Orleans. My pulley went out and affected everything inter the hood, including my steering, I had no steering and had to call a tow truck to bring my car back to European Service Center for the necessary repairs. The repair was well performed and I have not had anymore problems with my car.

European Service Center has been my go to repair shop for Land Rovers for the past 20 years. Their team consistently delivers excellent customer service, honest pricing, and dependable work. It is hard to find a shop you can truly trust, and they have earned that trust time and time again. Highly recommend!

Absolutely terrible place. Zero communication, customer service, and any sort of care for my car. I would never trust them in general and especially with my car again. Scheduled an oil change online on a Friday evening for my 89 Mercedes. They’d seen my car before in 2023 so the car info came up with my phone number. I called when they opened at 8am Monday to confirm they had what they needed, cognizant of the age of the car. Initially told me they don’t work on these cars but when I mentioned they’d done an oil change before I was then told yes I was in the system so my 9am appointment was good and it would be done by end of day. I called at 3 for an update on timing and was told they hadn’t gotten to it yet but would be done by 5. I called a few minutes after 5 and was told they’d realized they ordered the wrong filter so I’d now need to get the car the next morning. I asked why no one had communicated anything to me all day and I got a very rude “well I’m telling you now.” When I asked what time I could expect it in the morning I got another annoyed response of “I don’t know, 10” Next morning I call a few after 10 and was told it was ready. When I got there there was no acknowledgment or apologies for their mistake or the inconvenience. Instead I was just told my total. I had to ask what the price included, if that was an inspection and I was only told yes. I had to ask if anything came up and was told no if there was anything wrong they would’ve found it. Drove home and after a bit I noticed my car was shaky/rough but made it home though it felt like it was gonna die at one point which I’ve never experienced. At home I saw there was oil splashed around my hood. It’s a white car, you can see everything. They also overfilled the oil. Would not trust taking the car back there for them to “correct” anything. The receipt they gave me was someone else’s invoice for a multi point inspection of a 2015 Audi. I called to ask for an emailed copy of the inspection report to have record of what exactly they inspected. Was told they’d send it and I have yet to receive an itemized receipt or report.

European Service Center is great!! I definitely will won't be going back to the dealership anymore. I was told what was wrong with my Mini, and anything else that needed to be fixed in the future. Service was fast, reliable and spot on. I also enjoyed that the Cedar Springs location is right up the street from where I live.
