If I could give this dealership zero stars, I would. I am so so disappointed in The work they did on my 2016 BMW. It was supposed to be a simple bushings repair, and it turned into a complete nightmare. The first time I went there, they say they repaired it and it still made the same noise. The second time I took it back they said that the warranty company sent them defective parts ,which of course I question why then put it on my car ?? they said they will get it fixed. When I was finally able to pick up my car after A full two weeks of having it because of course there was significant additional damage and it was a lot more money at this point (but of course) It started making clanking metal noises So bad And so loud, it sounded like the engine was going to fall out, and I was at the point too scared to drive it at all. Next placewe took it to said the CV axle which was also replaced was put in incorrectly. It ended up costing an addl 2k. It was just a mess. I don’t recommend this place. I don’t know how it ended up being so bad just to get some bushings done, but I will NEVER recommend this place or go back.
