Bless you Juan for taking me at a late hour, after I had been told by another mechanic there were too many things wrong with my Chevy for him to work on. Juan was very professional and thorough in his diagnosis. He even squeezed me in over the weekend, which would NEVER happen at most shops. His quote was fair, and when additional complications came up during the repair, he communicated before making assumptions. This is the second time I’ve brought my 2015 Dodge Durango to Juan, and both experiences have been excellent. The first time, he quickly diagnosed why my check engine light was on and took care of it right away. He even let me use his loaner car, which was incredibly convenient and much appreciated. Most recently, he worked on the camshafts and lifters with skill and care. Juan has a great setup at his home that’s both professional and efficient. He takes the time to thoroughly explain what he’s doing and what needs to be done, which really builds trust. He’s knowledgeable, personable, and very reasonable with his pricing. For anyone in the Clovis area looking for a reliable and honest mechanic, I highly recommend Juan.
