This store and its staff are an underappreciated necessity for its customers and surrounding community. I was dealing with a crisis that required a very specific key modification that they did not normally do. It was past 5 and I was alone, but I went in and they helped me without charging. More recently, they helped me assemble a device I bought from their store but was not familiar with, also at no cost. Staff is attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Judging by other reviews, most have had similar experiences.
