I got the wrong part at first but it was my fault. I didn't have all the right answers for the questions the staff asked. Therefore I had to return the part and answered all his questions right this time and I left with the right one. Also if you order it on line and pick it up in the store it is cheaper. Staff was very friendly and helpful and patience with me while I got the answers to his questions. He asked the right ones and that was a big help.

Went to UPS store to send an important medical specimen. They were closed. Googled UPS and found that Advance is an alternate spot, right next door. Sent the package off. While I was there I updated my wiper blades, helpful fella installed them. 👍

Very poor customer service from Kathryn. Tried to return a $112.00 replacement bulb and was treated like a thief. All she needed to do was be kind and explain the return policy without acting like I was a thief and I wouldn’t have wrote this review. Save yourself the poor customer service experience and purchase your auto parts online or from a locally owned auto parts store that understands customer service.

Store was good, the employees very helpful. They lost a star because of not sharing information between the stores. Having different records at different stores is kind of ridiculous. Overall pretty good experience.

I will not be coming back to advanced auto. Order a part told me it was gonna be in the next day so I ripped my vehicle apart and come to find out they didn’t even order it. maybe y’all should train your new employees a little better.

Just wanted to give a shout out to one of your young employees, John, who helped me locate the ridiculously hidden oil cap on my Acura only to discover that my oil was very low, as well as my coolant. He took care of all of it for me and was very polite and helpful!

First it started with Tony he's amazing customer service young man and then Reyna stepped in and she really tried to solve the problem it was my front passenger headlight I had an aftermarket set up I believe so I couldn't figure it out with the regular bow then I brought it in then a young man named Tyson stepped in and brought everything up on his phone and confirmed with Reina what bald that we needed I brought it home just gave my phone call congratulated them for the best job that I've ever seen customer service and automotive service and the entire state of michigan! I recommend all three get immediate raises plus an opportunity for promotion for all three are very knowledgeable young individuals! Thank you guys again from a true Lakeshore hockey player

This place is so good as long as you know what you are talking about. Go in knowing what you need and get it. They are handy for looking up part numbers for your vehicle model and year. I use Rock Auto mostly and save a ton there but still end up needing something the day-of that I end up picking up from AutoZone.

They normally have what I need on stock. I have even been lucky enough to call and they have it ready for me when I come in. Prices are pretty decent. I find the tools to be a good quality. I find the parts to be good quality as well. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Staff clearly know their stuff and are helpful. Only concern is the price for a singular windshield wiper blade was kinda crazy. Walmart has wayyy better prices but may be out of stock for what you need (as in my case).
