The child that helped us was way to privileged to even give us help without rolling his eyes and never finished chewing his food while talking. If you don't want to be approached while on your lunch don't stand at the front counter ready to help. Will never go back to this store ever again.

Apparently the manager is too lazy to update their hours online which there's most definitely a way for them to do that. I walked up there from my house only to find temporary hours and they closed at 7:00 when they're supposed to close at 9:00 wouldn't really matter if they actually updated Google and their website I would say to look for a new manager that will keep up on that stuff so their customers aren't walking up there for no reason. They gave me an oil change kit that they said was an exact fit for my truck when it only came with five quarts and my truck takes 7 quarts not sure how that's an exact fit. Again I blame management somebody behind the counter should have told me I would need two more quarts then I never would have walked up there for nothing in the first place.

Wow - have never been so impressed! Darrel installed a battery on my niece's used car that she had just purchased. She hadn't even been able to drive the car because the battery wouldn't hold a charge, and we were concerned maybe she had been totally ripped off...? The seller finally provided a replacement battery, but no one else would install it, because we had not purchased it. After Darrel installed the battery free of charge (which took extra time - he had to remove the tire), when he saw how concerned we were about the car, he ran all sorts of diagnostics so that we knew if anything else needed to be done to the car. Then when I went into the store to grab some anti-freeze, etc. Josie found me a coupon for my purchases. Thanks Darrel at Advance for seeing the long game! I'm recommending them to everyone!!

Guy behind the counter was not interested in helping at all. I came in and asked for some 1/2" Bumper Bolts. One woman told me to look down the aisle with bolts. Nothing. So the guy behind the counter asked, "YR/MAKE/MODEL?" I told him my Yr/make/model, but I also said that bumper bolts are from Dorman and fairly generic, only 2 sizes. He just said, "we don't have any". I asked, did you just look up generic term bumper bolts, "Yep, don't have them". Came home. looked online, they are in-stock in Whitmore Lake.
