Scam, they sell you the highest price and when it don’t fit they refuse to exchange.
Went in told the guy I just want the passenger wiper blade replaced, wanted the cheap rainx but the guy recommended the $30 one. And I agreed, and once I leave the lot I noticed clicking sound, so I drive back demand exchange to a different size. But they refused to do so, say is used. The manager or the owner is extremely rude and disrespectful. AVOID this store at all cost.

Stopped by this store 5-6 weeks ago maybe, to
buy 2 Spark Plugs. Wanted a Hotter Autolite plug than the ones I was using. So I took an Autolite Plug Chart that had Cold to Hot plug #’s. The same Plug Numbers that every Spark Plug Manufacturer (in the World) prints on the side of their plug. The salesman said those #’s didn’t mean a thing to him and that I needed a Catalogue # to by a plug ! I replied that that was his job. Then he got indignant and said that he had “400” plugs in the back and I was welcome to go back there and look for myself ! I told the “kid” that also was his job and if he couldn’t sell a spark plug out of an Automotive store that he was nothing more than a computer operator and not a good one at that ! The ‘Kid’ (Mark) then told me to never come back to that Store.
Went literally next door and a 20+ yr old girl sold me the two plugs I was looking for.
I had supported Advance Auto (a somewhat Local Business) ever since they came to L’burg.
Haven’t been back.
Talked to 2 Customer Service Reps and told my side of the story. Never heard a word of response from them.

I bought a new car battery from this store 3/2024. 6/1/24 my car would not start. I had to call a Tow service who then had to jumpstart my vehicle.I then drove to Hyundai Lynchburg to have diagnostic testing. My battery had the most minimal charge left on it, I was advised to replace the battery. There was no issue with my alternator or ignition switch. I told Hyundai it was a new battery and I would go back to Advance Auto Parts on Old Forest Rd to get a replacement battery. Hyundai had to jumpstart my car so I could drive to the Auto parts store.
6/13/24-I arrived at the store and gave all the information above, with the Hyundai paperwork to the store manager. I requested a new battery. The store manager said that he would have to do a battery test himself. I was then informed that his battery tester showed there was no problem. I asked again for a replacement battery, especially to maintain good customer service. I was told that company policy stated that if the battery test was good, nothing else could be done. I asked to speak to the owner and was told I could have no email address or phone number to contact the owner. I requested that the owner call me. I then went to Walmart and bought another car battery and had it put in. The owner called me at 0800 today.
I told him of the above, and he said “nothing else could be done , you know how Auto Dealers are, did they do a parasitic test ?”. I had no idea what he was talking about. Stood by his company policy on the car battery. The call ended.
My car has been serviced at Hyundai Lynchburg for 10 years and I trust them.
DO NOT BUY AN Auto Battery from this store located on Old Forest Rd in Lynchburg.

Just left this store after getting a battery replaced. While on the way home I noticed my vehicle losing power, thankful I live just down the road. When I got home I popped the hood and noticed that the terminals were barely connected to the battery. Upon further inspection I noticed that the battery tray was cracked from where the technician had cranked down on the battery carrier through bolts. Very displeased with the customer service at this location.
