Would not tint my windows the percentage I asked for. Called outasight and they set me up with what I wanted at a great price. No point in having a custom shop if you won't do custom work.

The old folks that own this shop are nice enough, but you can't expect to have your work done right here. If they had simply reimbursed the $259 I spent on my custom stripe, they could have avoided the review I've written below... I had an expensive, 1 of a kind hood stripe made by Roush Performance graphics shop for my Mustang. Went to Auto Trim Design of Lynchburg to have my graphics installed, and they boasted several times that they had 40 years experience, and they knew what they were doing. I decided to trust them with my custom graphics. The main part of the stripe came out with air bubbles, stains from the fluid he used, and not laid out straight. He told me the bubbles would "evaporate" in a couple weeks. After several weeks I went back and he said he couldn't fix it, and refunded the labor cost, but refused to reimburse me for the cost of my custom stripe. I TOLD HIM I WOULD GIVE HIM EVERY OPPORTUNITY TO FIX IT... I took them to small claims court, and showed the judge many color photos with full explanation. The judge said she didn't think he should be responsible for reimbursing the cost of my stripe ($259). BOTTOM LINE FROM THE COURT CASE- YOU CAN HAVE NO REASONABLE EXPECTATION THAT YOUR CUSTOM WORK SHOULD BE PROPERLY DONE, AND THE SHOP OWNER/INSTALLER HAS NO RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE IT RIGHT FOR THE CUSTOMER!

Great professional work. Did a roof wrap and it came out very clean and well done. The edges seemed tough to do but they finished them very nicely. Also there was a misunderstanding with work time which increased the price. However, we called them back and they fixed it right then and there! Overall, great work at a great price. Great customer service and friendly. Highly recommend

Cannot give a higher recommendation! I was all over the place with what I wanted - sent them 10k emails and websites. It took me months to decide - then when I finally decided I had a million more questions - all of which were answered perfectly, promptly and patiently. Auto Trim did an excellent job removing and replacing tint to my rear window. I accidentally chose the wrong color tint unaware as to how the tint markers ranged so I didn't receive the darker tint I wanted. But it's okay though. Will be more understanding next time. Kenny Peters with Auto Trim Design of Lynchburg and his assistant did a great job tinting four large windows at our Farmville real estate office yesterday. It’s amazing what an immediate benefit we experienced. The large front room instantly became more comfortable. We also had more privacy without living in a fishbowl any longer!
