The window regulator in my 2015 Fiat 500 needed to be replaced. They scheduled me quickly, had the part stocked, and repaired it for a fair price. Customer Service was excellent and so was the repair! I would highly recommend them for your auto repairs. I will be using them again for all my Fiat repairs.

Came in for a pre-purchase for my car I was preparing to sell to a friend. They provided detailed analyses of what would need to be fixed to pass a VA State inspection and sent a link with that provided a report with pictures and notes via text (you may opt to receive it via email as well). The report detailed car inspection point into good, future attention, and immediate attention categories, so that provided context. For $92 between the state inspection ($19 and the pre-purchase inspection with pictures and notes ($73), I believe I received money’s worth.

They’ve been my mechanic for years! They gave me a rental for just a deposit when I had my car in the shop. They’ve always treated me with respect, never overcharged me like other mechanics would. I would hate to have to find another mechanic because they are the best.

Endurance Auto is top-notch. They provided me a loaner car when my transmission went out and even advised me on how to order and find the right parts to do the work myself. Very friendly and professional.

Update 12/2025 - got new brakes back in January 2025. Car has been working fine. Had some other work done later in year and still doing fine. Car brakes started making weird noise, brought back to shop and they replaced brake pads. Fast forward to about 2 months ago and car brakes making noise again. I think it’s the rotors. Brought it back and had them review it and determined no issue with brakes. Brought car to dealership for a 2nd opinion and they determined rotors need replacement. Called Endurance because I thought my original $ 905 charge was for front brake pads and rotors like originally requested. Turns out it was just brake pads and rotors were machined not replaced. The nice gentleman at the front originally booked me for a warranty service back in October for rotor replacement and then I got a call maybe an hour later that my rotors were not under warranty as they were just machined so I’m still stuck with the same issue. While my brakes are deemed safe and drivable, still extremely frustrating. I thought they would have done pads and rotors like originally requested. Definitely a communication error on both ends and lesson learned to always ask for paper invoices to keep track as it does not seem to be anyway to log in online to pull reports. Nice shop and nice guys, just double check behind all the work that gets done as mistakes happen. The shop has been awesome in helping me out with my car. From a few different issues, they had great communication through the process, got everything done in a timely manner and took the time to follow up a few days after to make sure everything was working as it should be! Great team @ Endurance!

Not only did the staff and endurance help me deal with the camber issues of this specific car (UP Model S Plaid). But they are one of only two places that I would ever take my car to. The service team here knows exactly what steps to take to properly service a Tesla, and the technicians are incredibly attentive in detail oriented. Staff at the desk was very friendly, accommodating and great conversation (when not busy) as well.

I had an appointment with Endurance to replace my 2008 F150's battery and to flush the PB and PS fluids. I was in and out in only about 1 1/2 hrs. Steve and his entire crew rock!! Every service visit I have had with them has always been pleasant. They are both friendly and fast. I have used Endurance on and off for years. However, the past couple of years I switched to a repair shop a little closer to home (Endurance is about 30 mins away from me). And I regretted doing that. I have now returned to Steve and Endurance, and I'm happy to say that they haven't changed a bit ... other than to only get better. They have my repair business from now on. They are well worth the drive to me and I highly, HIGHLY recommend them.

I don’t typically write reviews because I understand that every business has its bad days on occasion so I’d never judge a place on a bad experience (or even a few). However I feel compelled to write one about Endurance Auto… I’ve never had such an outstanding experience with any business. The customer service exemplifies what customer service should be! It starts with when they answer the phone. Their manners are over the phone are beyond polite, respectful & kind. Their communication with me as a customer was top notch and they welcomed me to call at my convenience to check the status of my vehicle. I work night shift so that was pretty exceptional that they respected my time & never hesitated to communicate when it was convenient for me. I’ve honestly never dealt with any place that showed so much respect for my sleep schedule & my time. Everything regarding my vehicle was not only discussed with me directly but also documented with pictures, price quotes & required my authorization prior to doing the work. I knew the dollar amount in advance so I could adjust my budget accordingly. That is not very common when it comes to vehicle repairs! I will definitely be a repeat customer. The staff makes you feel like a friend, they’re kind, have a sense of humor, respect you & spend time talking to you. They do not do their job for free but don’t treat you like a paycheck. More places should mirror their business model, that’s what leads to more than a decade of success! Lovely human beings all of the way around. P.S. the 4 seasons savings card is a pretty awesome benefit. Would recommend 1000000%

I had a very disappointing experience with Endurance Auto in Lynchburg, VA and feel obligated to share it so others can make an informed decision. Within a two-week period, I had two vehicles serviced there — a 2012 Mercedes GLK 350 and a 2013 Mercedes C300 — both for damage to the front driveshafts, which also caused issues with the catalytic converters and mufflers. The 2013 also required a front differential replacement. Although the staff presents themselves as friendly and the check-in process for each repair was smooth, the actual repair timelines and the integrity of the work were major issues. The 2012 repair took over three weeks to complete and cost over $4,000. After picking it up, it was only drivable for one day before failing again due to an ESL issue on the steering column that left the car unable to start. Even before that, the diagnostic process raised concerns: I initially brought the 2012 in for a stutter and an occasional noise from the front passenger wheel. Endurance diagnosed a gasket issue and performed a $2,000 repair, yet the problem remained. Their next explanation was that it was likely the torque converter and “nothing major.” The very next day, the vehicle broke down an hour from home due to a failed driveshaft — something I would have never risked had I been properly advised. Less than two weeks later, the 2013 went to Endurance for the same type of driveshaft-related failure (crazy, right?!). That repair took over two weeks and cost over $5,500. Even after all that time and expense, the car still could not be safely driven. Endurance later called to report a broken lower rear control arm caused by extensive rust on the rear subframe. When I examined the car on the lift, the rust was obvious, yet Jerry — the service manager, who seems personable but proved very untrustworthy — claimed the technician simply “didn’t notice it.” He then offered to "cap" an additional charge of $1,700 to repair this issue, as a "courtesy". I declined and had the vehicle towed to back to our home. I contacted Larry’s Tire Service, in Lynchburg, VA, to ask for a quote on fixing the rust and replacing the read subframe. Before they even inspected the car in person, their service rep, "Justin", informed me of a Mercedes-Benz extended warranty that covers this exact rust issue at no cost, including pickup of the vehicle. Larry’s also quoted a much more reasonable price of $1,159 if the repair had not been covered. Their honesty was a stark contrast to my experience at Endurance. Between the excessive repair times, missed diagnoses, extremely high costs, lack of thorough inspections, and misleading guidance from management, I will never take another vehicle to Endurance Auto. I strongly encourage other customers to be cautious and seek a second opinion before approving any major repair.

Doug at the front desk was super professional and informative in what my car needed to pass for the inspection, as well as other issues I might need to get looked at later. Definitely try this place out. Just remember to book an appointment in advance by about 4 days. It'll be worth your time.

Our car's starter went out while we were away from home in Lynchburg. After a quick Google search, we landed on Endurance and were so glad we did. We towed our car there and it was diagnosed and repaired in less than 2 hours on a Saturday afternoon. We were absolutely impressed by their professionalism and kindness. We would recommend Endurance to anyone and everyone!!

My car randomly did not start.. I called endurance and they listened to the problem and they told me not to waste time trying to get a jump.. I would need a tow and they would try to squeeze me in.. my car was towed and services needed as well as pricing was texted to me.. I was able to pay online and ask questions via text without skipping a beat.. I was able to add in an oil change all at the last minute! I would recommend endurance to any and everyone.

Buddy is the greatest man. Not from this area and I got a flat tire on a trip. Calling around to every shop and Buddy saved the day squeezing me in and going out of his way to find me a replacement tire. The team got me back on the road in less than an hour. 10/10 would recommend.

We brought my 2019 Odyssey to Endurance after a horrible experience with CMA Honda. We have a maxcare warranty and Vinny was my contact at endurance throughout the process. The owner Steve also took time out of his day to help me try and find a way to get CMA to refund me the diagnostic fee they charged me. Vinny got all the repairs covered through my maxcare warranty and the service was quick! Dropped it off on Thursday and picked it up on Wednesday and they did multiple different repairs! Could not recommend the endurance team enough! Thanks from the Heinemann family!

They parked my car in the bushes and an animal or animals ate the inside of my hood up insulation, wiring harness, cables, hoses. Over $9,000 in damages parts and labor. There were more vehicles parked in the bushes. I had an extended warranty with Endurance extended warranty(scammers)which went on from April through June, which I finally ended because they were dragging me alone. I gave them everything they asked for and still no lead way to even consider helping me fix my car. It was suggested that they would give me an estimate so that I could get the work done myself. They kept putting me off and I made several calls inquiring for those estimates. I was also told that they would review the adjusted estimate and get back to me. I grew tired of waiting and finally called the last time asking them if I was to purchase the motor myself would they do the work and they denied me so. I was told that they needed to purchase the motor themselves before they would complete the work. I informed them that I would come pick my car up. After that phone call I received a copy of a bill for diagnostics, which I went to go pay that Friday and that I would come back the next day to have my car towed away. I returned Saturday morning to have my car towed and as I tried to put it in accessory mode so that we could switch it in neutral. I had no juice or power so I looked under the hood and to my amazement the insulation wires and hoses had been ate up, which I took pictures of that the damages and of where my car was parked. I did let a worker there know of the damages of what I found and he didn’t even seem to care. So walked back to my car, and I went back to find him he had so conveniently disappeared . I then tried to call the police to write a report, but they told me that I was on private property and I would have to take them to court for my money for the damages of my vehicle. I then took more pictures of the extensive damage that was done while my car was left in the bushes. And the tow guy is also a witness. If I had known that my car would have been parked in the bushes I would have moved it sooner. That information was never relayed to me. They were waiting on the extended warranty people to approve the work as I was. So now it’s not your fault and I should take it up with my insurance company. Not saying that you weren’t friendly but you all were the ones that wrote an estimate for over $6500 for the warranty company and I was told by Steve that they could give me a better price that was only the estimate for the insurance company. But I never got the supposed other estimate. Oh and I added the pics of the other vehicles that were also sitting in the line of bushes w my car. No matter how long it was there my car should had never been parked n the bushes. I should had been informed that my car was in the bushes. I will also be reporting you all to the bbb and I guess I will see the owner in court. I have all of my documentation and pics. It’s really a shame what businesses do to people and try to pass the blame off. No integrity. Let’s see what the judge has to say about that. Justice for consumers.

I’m a Tesla owner and I recently got my tires replaced here and so far it has been a great experience. They were able to swap my tires a few days before my scheduled appointment, which I really appreciated, communication was great, and after almost 2,000 miles driven, it seems like they did a great job (also no warnings popped out on the screen about the tires sensors) The only thing to keep in mind is that the maintenance section on my Tesla wasn’t updated. I’m not sure if that’s because my car was in Valet Mode, but I ended up updating it myself. Overall great experience👍🏻👍🏻

I had a issue with my car not having power. I took it to Endurance Auto Repair and Tire. They analyzed my issue which was my Catalytic Converter. They replaced it in a timely manner. They kept me informed during the process. Which meant a lot to me. Their customer service was of 5 star. I have recommended customers to them and will continue to. They gave world class service. Which you don't find much anymore!!!
