Terrible and dishonest . Supplied the correct oil for a customers car for Toyota Berglund to use and they claimed the fluid type was incorrect when in fact it was correct . I personally came and brought the type they wanted and let the parking agent there know ( who opened the door for me to put it in ) to tell the service dept the oil was swapped out for what they wanted and he assured me he would let them know when he went back in. Well he didn’t . Then they figured out later I originally supplied the right fluid and instead of using the supplied fluid they went ahead and used their own . On top of that they lost two quarts of differential fluid that was supplied . These people are the exact kind that give dealerships a bad name . Stay clear of this one for sure when it comes to servicing any of your vehicles !

Berglund has been servicing my Tacoma since I moved to this area over a year ago. Early on, I had the opportunity of working with Todd Kerrin who has always patiently explained the workings of my vehicle with professionalism, transparency, and kindness. He knows vehicle operations and breaks it down in layman terms that's easy for me to understand. Recently, Todd saved me a ton of money and endless headaches when helped me get a used vehicle that I was ready to purchase scheduled for a wellness check up. While the vehicle had low mileage, it looked and smelled like new. But Todd and the service team weren't fooled, they uncovered unseen issues that needed immediate attention and would have cost me thousands as soon as I took possession of the vehicle. Serious problems involving both front and rear brakes along with other issues that indicated the previous owner did not stay on top of maintaining the vehicle. Worse yet, the used dealership was tried to pass it off on me. Todd and Berglund's service team have kept my Tacoma in pristine condition and treated me like family from the day I met them. They've been honest and transparent throughout every transaction. Never pushing up sales or gimmicks on me. It is for these reasons that I will always own a Toyota and be a loyal customer to Todd Kerrin along with Berglund's superior service team. Todd Kerrin knows how to treat customers with respect and hospitality.

I bought my tacoma back in 2016. Good rapid service when I got it. I’m a little annoyed because after almost 7+ years, they haven’t discarded my personal information. Recently they had a “data breach,” of which I was notified. It happened sometime this May 2023. In the past 6 months, someone has attempted to hack my credit card twice!

Berglund has always done great work on my tacoma. Had to wait quite a while today for a repair on my truck but my service advisor Amanda kept me informed of how things were progressing with the repair and checked if I needed anything. She was also nice enough to give me a discount for my wait time. 😊👍 The new building is very nice and the service dept is more streamlined compared to the old one.

Good morning everyone, it’s about 9:00am I pulled in early to have my Toyota Sienna inspected since 3/25 was my last day . I hope the wait isn’t too long , but they always try to get me in with less wait time as possible . The staff ( Darius )has great customer service and they honor their commitment to give great service . I love it here and I recommend this dealership to everyone.😊

I am editing my previous one-star review, which I left about three weeks ago, about the service center messing up my alignment. The reason I am changing it to three stars is because of service manager Randy, who called me today and he called with the intention of fixing everything. Randy did an amazing job of fixing the issue for me and making my bad experience into a good one.
