Horrible company, VERY unprofessional. I’ve been having issues since I got this vehicle. Upon contacting the dealership about these issues the man over the phone got an attitude with me and will no longer answer my phone calls. I thought I’d love Car Commander but from this experience I will NEVER get a car from them again and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE unless you want to come out of pocket for repairs in less than a week of getting the vehicle.and guess what??!! The good review I had on here previously the man wrote himself using my phone 👍how cool is that?

Picked up a 2018 Outback from them on Saturday. The whole process was no-hassle from start to finish . Made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in the door. Super knowledgeable and friendly staff, with excellent communication. Got me better financing and terms than what I was able to get on my own. They truly have the customer’s best interest in mind. Shady. Tells you a car is in inventory when it’s not. Crazy $999 processing fee. Advertises that they will charge you if financing fails? Edit: this not fake. My son and I came into your office on Jan 2 2026, in the morning, around 9am, inquiring about the car you said on 12/31 was still there. The man who greeted us was blind in one eye, the woman at the desk had just gotten up and left (I think), and there was another person there sitting on one of the chairs. After having read other reviews and seeing responses, I had to leave one too. Real names. Real people. Real experiences.

Kason and the other members of the team came in on a Sunday bc that was the only day we had available to look at a car for my son. Kason’s communication was excellent! He was professional, respectful and is in the business to help others and it shows. My son loves the car he got and we loved that Car Commander handled all of the paperwork for the sale and the DMV so our permanent plates will come in the mail and we don’t have to go to the DMV 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 I also love that they provide a carfax on every car they have for sale!

I purchased a 2018 Silverado from them for my son yesterday. I wasn't even aware that they existed until I met DJ at a bank. He told me that he thought that they had 2 vehicles on their lot that were what my son was looking for. He was right. My son fell in love with one of those two trucks. I asked for 2 simple/minor things to be done before I picked it up and they took care of it on time with no hassle. The purchase was easy, fast and uncomplicated. Joe was easy and efficient to work with. DJ was hilarious and great about giving information in a wonderful down-to-earth manner. There was also a very kind lady that helped with the paperwork. (I apologize for not remembering her name) 10/10, would buy from them again. My only "slight" complaint is that they need more or better customer parking. It is hard to find a place to park. Other than that, they are great.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE!!!!! CAR COMMANDER ON PARK AVE I bought my jeep in JANUARY and it already needs about 1000 dollars of work to be properly functional. Not to mention when I called to inquire what could be done I got nothing but a nasty attitude from I’m assuming the manager or the owner. And when I bought the car, I didn’t give them the whole down payment. They broke it up into parts, but they instructed me to tell the bank when they called that I paid the entire down payment so basically they coerced me into committing fraud so buyers beware. The list of things wrong Needed an oil change Coil pack and spark plugs Ball joints Sway bar Bushings U joint Track bar And there is an oil leak

Don’t buy from them!!!! Bought a 2017 jeep compass 80,000 miles and didn’t even make it home 45 mins away before it broke down and they wouldn’t even help me. Buy from them at your own risk. And this review is real as they come. My vehicle is still broke down with a 400 dollar car payment

Today I visited your dealership regarding the 2012 Honda Accord LX that was advertised online for $4,870. I took time out of my day to come in, test drive the vehicle, and seriously consider moving forward with the purchase. Prior to arriving, I had already gone through the approval process for the advertised amount. I came prepared and in good faith, expecting to finalize a deal based on the price that was publicly listed. During the test drive, I noticed a noise coming from underneath the vehicle. After driving with the mechanic, it became clear that the brakes were significantly rusted. When I returned inside to discuss these concerns with the sales representative, the manager, Hunter, stated that the vehicle had been mistakenly listed online for $4,870 and that the correct price was actually $8,999 due to what was described as a “typing error.” It is difficult to understand how a pricing discrepancy of over $4,000 could occur and remain uncorrected until questions were raised about the vehicle’s condition. From a customer’s perspective, the timing of this correction raises understandable concerns. I invested my time, completed the approval process, and visited the dealership in good faith based on the advertised price. Unfortunately, no apology was offered for the confusion or inconvenience, which added to the frustration of the experience. Transparency, integrity, and accountability are essential when customers are making significant financial decisions. I hope this matter can be reviewed and addressed appropriately so that future customers do not experience similar confusion. Thank you for your attention.
