I went in to get a tire rotation, I don't even know if they did it. Returned my keys and I proceeded to go home and when I turn on the car ignition, my dashboard says my tire pressure is low. I go back to the front desk and ask them to put air in my tires as that was part of my service and the manager refused and was very rude and condescending. He also looked aggressive,like he actually wanted to hit me for requesting value for the service I paid. I sincerely asked them to check the dashboard and do their due diligence and he utterly refused and said the most illiterate thing that when I drive the car, the tire pressure will resolve. I had to take it somewhere else to get air in my tires. Very useless and what a waste of money.

Went to just get air pressure check and maybe some air if needed. No other customers around. All bays empty & they wanted me to make an appointment. Really unfriendly & I think lazy because I had to call inside because nobody wanted to come out.

We had an appointment for 8am for a state inspection and when we got to the place the person said they had us in the system for 9am. When I showed him my appointment confirmation he proceeded to very rudely say he still wasn’t gonna get us in until 9am. I would’ve normally simply rescheduled if they had at least explain to us why but all they did was shrug us off. I definitely will not be coming back.

After the many times of taking my spare and normal tire back and forth while I was dealing with rim issues not associated with Mr. Tire, everything is fixed, and for maybe the sixth time they mounted the rims no charge as a great service to a loyal and always customer. Waste of time! What’s the point of scheduling appointments and not honoring the time? Basically 30 minutes after the appointment time and my vehicle still wasn’t brought to the garage to start. I had to leave and go somewhere that didn’t give false expectations. They made it clear first come first serve at Harris Tire for tire changes and alignments. Harris Tire also has better prices.

This place is phenomenal.. got a flat tire on Friday, went to my normal car service place and they said they couldn't fix until Wednesday or Thursday and cost $213ish.. on my way home saw Mr.Tire and stopped in they were filled up but made me an appt for Monday cost $89ish.. got there Monday my tire was fixed & aligned in 20 minutes and the customer service was amazing.. closer to my home and cheaper my new spot!
