I took my car to this place needing my rotors replaced. Nothing was wrong when I brought my car to them.. no sounds coming from wheels or anything. When I received my car back, drove off, there was smoke coming from my tire and my steering wheel was still shaking like they never replaced my rotors. I drove it back to harris and they to them and the said “oh well your caliber was sticking but we fixed it and you should be good to go”. Wrong my steering wheel was still shaking and this time high pitched squealing nooses was coming from my car. I literally took it back four times in total and the last time I took it back, they said that my hub and caliber was messed up!!!! They also told me they hd different guys working there because the guys they had before were messing up peoples cars!!!! (The guys that worked on MY car) they expected me to pay over 200$ to fix a problem THEY CREATED. So please stay as far away from this place as possible because clearly all they want to do is mess peoples vehicles up so they can tale more money! Turns out the second set of rotors they gave me were warped as well and they told me it was my hub and caliper. PLEASE IF YOU LIKE YOUR MONEY DO NOT GO HERE. They will jip you!

I've been here a few times for state inspections. Usually, no drama, out in an hour. When I arrived, I asked him if they could get to it while I wait and he responded confidently that it wouldn't be a problem. After waiting for 75 minutes with no update, I asked about my vehicle's status thinking they just forgot to call my name (has happened before). The guy who took my keys initially, looks around, leaves and returns after a couple of minutes and tells me that its up next. I ended up waiting for 2 literal hours with no apology or explanation. Is it asking too much to update your customer of a long delay like this or at least apologize? Very inconsiderate of a customer's time.

Customer service is nonexistent. Dropped my car off at 10 am to be inspected. Came back at 12:45 (they close at 1 pm) and they "thought they got to it" but hadn't and did not offer to do it. They wasted my time and my car has still not been inspected. This place was recommended by several of my family members and friends. I'll be sure to let them all know my experience. I will not be back.

Absolutely impressed! That's saying a lot for me....I expect a lot! I called Haris tire right at closing wanting to get 4 tires ASAP and Bill got me in the next morning at 7:30. I had to be at my weekend job at 10 and they finished in a very prompt time..super fast! They also fixed my tire sensors and got all them working as last tire place messed them up..no more irritating panel light! So the point is great service, fast service and going the extra mile. I skipped out to my car happy as h e double hockey sticks!!!

I called on a Friday around 3 pm to see if they had room for a brake check and repair. They told me if I can get there in 20 min they could accomodate me. I got there and they checked it out and repaired my front brakes and I was out of there before 5 pm. I have been here multiple times and I have had good experiences on all occasions. They did my rear brakes last year and I have had no issues. They have done oil changes and state inspections and all good.

Me and my family been dealing with Harris now for about 40 years now. All ways good to deal with in buying tires. Over those years we have had a couple of tires being bad. Love Harris Tire as an honest shop. They tell you what you NEED and not a bunch of stuff you don't need. They're honest, trustworthy, and super helpful. Front desk people are very friendly, experienced, very outgoing and motivated. They're quick despite always being busy and yet they never cut corners. Unfortunately they had to cut back their staff during the first few months of Covid-19 and I had a frustrating not so good experience... But, they were way understaffed and were overloaded with work. They went above and beyond to make things right. I stand by my statement that they're honest and extremely hard working.

Gets an extra star for being able to do my oil change same day and doing it on time and reasonably priced. Loses a star for having to drive home with windows open to air out cigarette smell, and that they could not do the free tire rotation without me waiting extra time from my oil change appointment. Price is similar to CMA Honda using a coupon, but doesn't include the refill wiper fluid and check tires and etc. But again, I got an oil change on a Friday afternoon when I called Friday morning.

I had a nail in my tire and was told Harris Tire was a great place. I called on Monday and found out that they operate as first come, first serve. I arrived at 7:24am for an open time of 7:30am and I was third in line. They had a nice big waiting room, clean restrooms, free Wi-Fi and a TV. I was called up at 7:55am saying it was all done! They plugged my tire and didn’t try to upsell me with new tires! I was VERY pleased with my experience from the customer service, quick service and the accommodations in the waiting room. Would definitely recommend Harris Tire Co.!

Always had efficient and friendly service here. Most recently I had my car towed in after my starter died downtown. Expected to wait several days since it was zero notice and we were going into the weekend - but nope! They got it back to me within 24 hours. Their prices seem quite reasonable too.

Still have a bad taste from this place and it's been months. 38k views on my review though so hopefully people steer clear of places that will lie to your face and not care if they damage your car. Just go to discount tires next time you need new ones...

I visited Harris tire for the first time a few days ago as they were highly recommended by a friend who had a great experience. The staff are friendly courteous and knowledgeable. $100 to get your car diagnosed not too shabby! This place runs as a first come first serve so to ensure same day service get there when they open (7:30am) no later than 8:30 if you got quite a bit of work to do! The guys in here were quicker than I anticipated and very professional! They weren’t equipped to do anything with an exhaust BUT were happy to point me in the right direction. A good friend of mine got hers looked at and fixed same day new battery, tune up, inspection, J hook and tire alignment $205+ tax!

I recently visited Harris Tire and had an excellent experience! I'm not sure if he's still there, but Mike was a tremendous help during my visit – he definitely deserves a raise! The service was quick, the staff were agreeable, and the prices were quite reasonable. They had my sports car fixed in no time!
