Best customer service I ever got from anyone having anything to do with cars. Mr. Steele did great work and was more than reasonable with price. He knew I was only in the area for school but felt like he treated me like a local with a big family. This is a great Auto body, car sales, and repair shop. The owners do the work themselves, they are small enough to be personable, yet large enough to meet any Auto need. With all the complications in today's market, it's nice to see a caring and energetic staff whose main interest is making your problem better. I highly recommend them.

This is, without a doubt, the best place for auto body repair. The first time I needed collision repair, I knew nothing about insurance collision claims. Allen graciously took the time to explain how it all works and made the whole process effortless on my part. I have a 2015 Chevy Malibu that was involved in a little fender-bender a few weeks ago that damaged my rear bumper. As a full-time student, I didn’t have a lot of time to get the rear bumper fixed or replaced but when I finally had time I immediately went searching for a good body shop nearby. I found Steele’s and read the reviews and it seemed like the right place to go to. I initially went to get an estimate, and the guys I spoke with were extremely kind and willing to help me out. I figured I should just stay with them to get the work done, so I dropped the car off on Monday to get the bumper replaced. Once I dropped it off, I was preparing for a rough week or two without my car, but 3 days later, the car is ready to be picked up. When I went to pick it up and saw the car, I was in shock. The work done on the car was impeccable. If you ever need work done on your car, you have to go here if you want to deal with some of the nicest people alive, and get your car fixed fast for a good price. Thank you guys for everything!

Even though Geico was a complete pain the entire way. Steele’s got my car in and out quickly and efficiently after my accident. My car looks and drives great and I was very pleased with their work. Took my car to Steele’s auto body after hitting a deer, they made my insurance claim a breeze and were able to restore my car to original condition in a very timely manner. Alan and Ginger are both a pleasure to do business with and we’re very friendly and responsive to any questions and/or concerns. Definitely would recommend 10/10 over any body shop that I have dealt with in the past.

When I needed bodywork done over a year ago, my mechanic recommended Steele's Body Shop. I'm glad they did. I was very impressed by Allen Steele's personable service, fair pricing, and quality work. Unfortunately, we've had the need for body repairs two more times since, but at least there was no question where I would go for the work. They are friendly, fair, efficient, professional, honest... basically all the qualities you hear in commercials that are so rarely true. I highly recommend this body shop, period. Also, be wary of the 1 star reviews. I'm a real person with a real family, real job, and real bills, living locally. I'm leaving this 5 star review because of Steele's fantastic, consistent service, and I give zero weight to the outrageous claims left by 1 star reviews. Lastly, these 2 pictures were the latest repair I had done. The bodywork is not extensive or dramatic, and that is exactly what I wanted. They gave me a price with paint or without. I just wanted the car back, road worthy, with minimal cost. In just a few days, that is what I got.

Elliott provides outstanding work and customer service. I highly recommend them for any auto body work. Although I have the same last name as this business I am in no way related to them. I'm actually from Pennsylvania and moved here a few years ago.
