CMA Honda is local for me and they have always stepped up and helped me with the maintenance of my Accord. I came in because I had concerns that I may need new struts or shocks. They checked out my car and found I did not need them and my issue was corrected with a tire alignment. It is just really nice to have the assurance and confidence CMA provides when they take care of my car. And yes the price was reasonable and competitive with other independent shops.

Nothing but amazing things to say about this service team! Christi has always been a pleasure to work with. Our family has had a lot of unexpected problems with our truck and Christi worked so hard dealing with the warranty (that was an absolute terror per usual) but at the end of the day she did everything she could and got all that was needed approved. We were so very appreciative of her & her amazing team for making everything happen in a timely manner. Communication was always top tier which is hard to find these days. 10/10 recommend CMA’s Honda service department for all the things from big to even just an inspection! Thank you guys so very much & a big thank you to Christi for everything she has done for our family!

Service was quick to make an appointment, but I was disappointed it took the service department to the end of a 4 hour appointment to find out they were not going to clean and regrease sliding door tracks as I asked. They did tighten a screw on the steering column which seemed to resolve the sound heard from the driver side. The sliding doors that stop closing in the cold is left without resolve and CMA only answer is to bring it in when it's cold so they can replicate the issue. I understand this is a common business practice (requiring to see the issue first hand to diagnose), but such a reactive vice proactive approach leaves families in bad situations when it does turn cold. I'll end up fixing it myself and hope that CMA can figure out how to put themselves in their customers shoes instead of giving excuses.

They served my car quickly, but when I went to pay they were going to charge me for the oil change when I was told that the first two oil changes were free on my certified pre-owned vehicle. I had to wait about 10 minutes while the service advisor found out that I should not be charged for the oil change.

I originally Scheduled my appointment however I needed to change it. I had to call and speak to a AI representative. I had to leave three different voicemails for someone to call me back after someone finally called me back. I changed my appointment to Saturday. I dropped my car off Friday night after dropping my car off Friday night. They told me I was not on the schedule for Saturday after I told them I had it changed I was unable to tell them who it was that changed it for me but I had there phone number there said they were able to fine it. I was told my battery was bad and I could get a new one and it would be around $300, I did not want it done. Picked up vehicle took it to a local auto part store they checked battery and alternator and said both where good. Also stated one of my wiper blades was bend and it would be $55 for one blade. However at the auto shop I got two Rainx for $60.

I have been a regular customer of this dealership since 1995 and I always bring our vehicles in for service here. I have always been satisfied, however lately the service has been not as good. Today I had an appointment at 9:30 for an oil change and a tire rotation. I arrived 15 minutes early and the service advisor told me that they were already running behind and then it would be an hour and a half wait for the service to be completed. I agreed and waited for the work to be completed. After about one hour, the service advisor texted me and said that they would be able to help me if I had any questions. I immediately responded and asked how much longer it would take for the vehicle to be done. I got no response. About 15 minutes later I texted the service advisor again and asked how much longer the vehicle would take. Again, no response. It ended up taking two hours to complete the work. When I arrived and checked in with the service advisor, I told them I had a 10% off discount coupon and wanted them to apply that to the service today. When I checked out, the discount had not been applied so I had to wait for another service advisor to deduct the 10%. That was frustrating because it took even more time to get that done. The waiting area is clean and they have good free Wi-Fi. They used to have free beverages and snack snacks but now they charge for those. I would say that the overall experience today was average. It took way longer than I expected to get the work complete completed, which was not that great. When they rotated the tires, they put the ones with more tread depth on the back instead of on the front which I don’t believe they should’ve done. If they saw that the tires had more tread on the front they should’ve just left those and not rotated them and told me about that. The bathrooms are clean.

Went for scheduled state inspection. Facility was very clean and accommodating. Staff very friendly. However, I scheduled a time because that is what worked with my availability. Had I known a state inspection was going to take over an hour and a half, I would have scheduled another time. If I had wanted full overview of the whole vehicle, I would have scheduled a full service with oil change.

The overall experience was very good. The staff was courteous. The app that you use to see how the status of your service was going was not working. I had to prompt a person at the desk to go get my paperwork so I could be processed out. This item is more on a trivial note. In the past, there were courtesy, beverages, and snacks along with coffee and a cell phone charging station. This no longer exist. You now can get things out of a machine and pay for it at a kiosk. I did hear several people, wondering why it was taking so long to get an oil change. I had a state inspection and an oil change. The estimated time for this was one hour 20 minutes. I was there for two and three-quarter hours though. I was satisfied with the service that I got. I still do recommend CMA Honda for your service needs.

Had our vehicle in for service to have an oil and filter change, tire rotation and to have the brake fluid flushed per the Honda recommend interval. We dropped the vehicle off the night before since we signed up for an early AM appointment the following day. We signed up for text message status updates. Our vehicle was checked in by our appointment time and the service was performed in a timely manner. We were notified via text message when the vehicle was done and ready for pick up. The service advisor did an excellent job keeping us updated on the vehicle status and the cost was exactly what we expected when we scheduled the service. A pleasant experience dealing with CMA service department.

I bought my 2013 Honda CRV (one owner) in 2021, and it has only needed regular service! When I bought it, I got an extended warranty. So -- when my Electronic Power Steering went out (EPS), I started checking on-line about the costs, and learned "WOAH!!". Then I pulled out all my paperwork, and found the extended warranty, and was thrilled to find I was within the years & mileage limits!!!! YAY. Of course all this happened in the big snow/ice storm of 2026. The minute that businesses began working, I called the extended warranty (which also covers towing) and CMA, to schedule the service. CMA did the necessary diagnosis and ordered the part. Fortunately, the part arrived overnight, and they were able quickly to install & test it. YAY. B/C in 2021, the dealership was NOT CMA, so I had to pay a deductible of $200, but that was a minor part to pay for an expensive electronic part. CMA did their work quickly and well! The service member I spoke with, Marvin, was incredibly polite and efficient! He answered all my questions with patience and clarity! Good guy, good company, good service!
