Checked the website to see when they close, it said 9pm. Go to open the door and it's locked. The sign in the window says they close at 8:00. Another potential customer pulled in as I was walking back to my car so I told him they were closed before he got the kids out of the car. Change the website so people don't waste a trip trying to get what they need.

The guys here couldn’t be more knowledgeable and helpful! I couldn’t get my taillight out and didn’t know what bulbs to get and they did everything they could to assist me. The one guy, I sadly forgot his name, is the best customer service I’ve had in months. I’ll recommend to everyone I know!

I visited the store on Fort Avenue about 3 weeks ago for auto repair assistance. They diagnosed the problem which was a weak battery. We (my Twin and I) have an awesome mechanic (Allgood Auto) but sometimes he is closed for personal stuff and that's what happened that brought us to Advanced Auto here. Dead battery needed charging and the place closest to where the battery died, said they tried charging it 3 or 4 times and nothing, but the battery tested as a good battery. Got the battery here and they tested it and then successfully charged it FIRST TRY! So, 5 stars for doing what the other place couldn't and for being so dang nice and informative! We were so pleased we came back for a round 2 to charge the battery to get our van to Allgood! ❤❤❤🖖😆🤙 gratitude for the help!!!

The store itself is wonderful however the staff working the evening shift there is quite weird and dare I say shady. Went there to get some things for my car and when I walked in I turned around and looked outside and the was a guy that appeared to be just hanging out and was looking at the vehicles in the parking lot and the whole vibe from him was that he was up to no good. When I brought it to the attention of the guy working the register he informed me that it was his coworker getting the trash. And he said it with quite an attitude. I kept looking back and this guy was clearly scooping out cars and then I saw him come inside and work the other register….. my advice would be to be aware of this in the evenings there.

The workers here are great. My son's battery wasn't holding a charge. We took it there and they tested, recommended and replaced the battery. Just nice to know that is an option for people who don't know how to do that.

Manager was useless. I brought in a alternator to get tested. The employee was not sure how to use the machine so we waited on manager. Manager till the employee he helping a customer right now so we waited after everyone left the store. Then he takes his time coming over. which he then mess with the machine " I kind you not for about 30 sec! then soon another customer comes in he walks away and start helping them. From my mouth to God's ears I was in the store close to half an hour trying to get my alternator tested. advance Auto need better management or he should not be a supervisor at all.

Employees were very helpful. The computer kept crashing, and the sad thing is, the same thing happened at a different location. The computers crashing while in a transaction. AaP may want to think about upgrading their entire systems because after 30 minutes, I really just wanted to leave and say forget it. However, the three Employees were polite, and you could see their frustration. It'll be a quick way that the stores lose business.

Went in for brake lights. Asked twice if the employee was sure the lights would work on my model car, and he said yes. Turns out, they were wrong. Also, Walmart had the correct and brighter version for the same price.

Snow/ice caused unfortunate windshield wiper disaster, and I drove off the beaten path (across the city) to get to these guys based on Google reviews. They replaced the busted wipers AND got the rest of the ice/snow off the car, very inexpensive quick fix (I was about to have the car towed because I could hardly see to drive). Love them, well worth the trip, AND they directed me to my favorite Starbucks so extra love for that ♥

I walked into this store and the complaining behind the counter by the 2 employees was just... well super annoying. I am the only person in the store... not once did either one of them ask if I needed assistance or anything. Never even acknowledged my presence. As I am leaving the lady hangs up the phone mocking the individual who had unfortunately called this store for any help whatsoever. My advice is to go to the other stores in the area... hopefully they will be better.

Just recently went into this advance auto parts store to exchange my car cover for a bigger one and almost 5 minutes goes by before some guy appears from the back. I told him I wanted to do an exchange and it’s from an online order and I had my phone out ready to show him the receipt. He goes on his computer and tells me he doesn’t have an online order. So I had to tell him that I didn’t have an online order it was from an online order here is the receipt. Showed him the receipt on phone. So then he asks for my order number and processes the order. He gives me a receipt to sign that says return. I stopped him and told him that I needed to exchange not return because I still need a cover at the end of the day. He tells me that he has none in stock and the return is already done and the money will be back on my card. At this point I am furious because this is the second mess up and I am going to be without a cover and it just snowed. I asked is there anyone else I could speak to that could help me and he tells me he is the manager. Crazy right! And I told him “so you are the manager and didn’t think to tell me there is none in stock to exchange.” Smh. And his name is David. I don’t know what he came from the back from doing but he must was not in his right mind… I recently got my car wrapped and it’s usually in a garage but I am in town for the night and need it to be covered. But tonight it won’t be covered thanks to David!!!!
