I can’t believe I haven’t rated these guys yet. My neighbors were going to this shop and so I tried them out. They’re friendly, efficient and trustworthy. On one occasion, I waited instead of dropping off and one customer after another came in and were greeted by name. It says a lot when people keep coming back and don’t even question the service and knowledge they’re getting. Since finding Jess and Joe at LYH, I haven’t even considered taking my car anywhere else. If I could add 5 more stars and give LYH a 10 star review, I would. My name is Joe and I have daughter attedning Liberty U. I live 10 hours away in Alabama. She has a 2008 Prius. People at Jiffy Lube told her the car was inoperable, thats a whole other story. I was told by another mechanic that all 4 injectors needed to be replaced and the cost would have been about 50% of the cars worth. That was not the case. I found LYH through the Liberty Univerisity FB parents page with reccomendations. LYH Auto got the job done at a 1/4 of the price quoted and they got to the root of the problem and guided me every step of the way. Be careful out there, lots of people taking advantage of people. Cadillac XTS V-Sport Platinum needed brakes all around and repair of clunking noise from suspension. Nearby GM dealership (formally Cadillac) had car & ordered wrong brake parts, said nothing wrong with suspension. In frustration blindly gave my trust to LYH with instructions to replace anything that looked like it could be bad, basically a blank check. Pads & rotors all around which I knew were bad. Rear shock seals blown w/visible fluid leaked completely out were replaced. Reported no other signs of suspension failure - (AN HONEST MECHANIC!!). Great price & fantastic results.★★★★★ 2 years ago
