My husband and I were in the area for a wrestling tournament. We woke up to find we had a flat tire from a screw we had run over. Mr. Greg was so helpful. He is very knowledgeable and was able to get us on the road quickly. What a blessing!

Terrible experience. Took my car in and they checked it out and told me I needed new calipers, brake pads, brake fluid tubes, rotors, and a fluid flush which came to a grand total of $1,675. Left and took it to a place I trust far more who have always treated me well in the past. They tested everything, said all my brakes and everything were perfect, found the real issue, went to extra lengths to save me money, and fixed it all for a over $1,000 cheaper. Not only were they ripping me off at Kerr, but they weren't accurate on the real issue.

Do they fix your issue? yes but then you're going to have another issue after they fix whatever the problem is. After my issue was "supposedly" fixed, I got back home with a terrible coolant leak. When I brought it back to them they said it was "coincidental" that another issue happened the same exact day that I got the first issue fixed. I didn't believe them. Still don't. But long story short, they gave me a discount because i told them that i wasn't paying again. Ok so.. two days later.. I notice that a screw is missing underneath my car where they were fixing the issue. Now it makes a lot of noise when I drive. The screw is an easy fix, but it's just the fact of the matter that I have ANOTHER issue. I know for a fact that they left it off, because one, that's where they were, when they were "fixing" my issue and two, I've never had this problem until AFTER I brought it here. I honestly do regret giving them my money and going here. The only reason I settled is because my usual mechanic is closed on weekends. I won't be back here. They will greet you with smiles but be careful, this place is sneaky.. I wish I would have watched them the whole time that they fixed my car. I do not recommend going here! If you can, look elsewhere. Oh and from me observing/hearing other people when they came in when I was waiting, they all came back with an issue AFTER they just got their car fixed. Also reading a past review, they lie about things just to get your money. This place is a rip off. Watch out!

I came to the Marathon Kerr purely out of convenience and had a really great customer service experience. I had an expensive repair on my car and they were cool about me calling around to compare prices with other garages before doing the work and what they said turned out to be fair. They finished the work a day sooner than they said they would. And when I thought I had a follow-up issue that came up the woman that works at the front desk and two of the mechanics handled the situation in an extremely professional manner and seemed legitimately interested in making sure the work they did was done correctly. At no point did I feel I was being taken advantage of or talked down to. I will definitely go here again.

I called ahead of time and explained I was having transmission issues. He said he could take a look at it. They test drove it and confirmed the exact issue I had explained ahead of time. They ran some tests and didn’t give any new information for what I didn’t already know. They said I would need to go to another shop because they don’t do transmissions. They did not tell me this before I brought it in to be looked at and charged $136 after having it for 2 hours. I would not recommend this shop for auto repairs.
