I came to the Marathon Kerr purely out of convenience and had a really great customer service experience. I had an expensive repair on my car and they were cool about me calling around to compare prices with other garages before doing the work and what they said turned out to be fair. They finished the work a day sooner than they said they would. And when I thought I had a follow-up issue that came up the woman that works at the front desk and two of the mechanics handled the situation in an extremely professional manner and seemed legitimately interested in making sure the work they did was done correctly. At no point did I feel I was being taken advantage of or talked down to. I will definitely go here again.
